  1. As a pair, they offer far more pleasure than you could expect for the money, and are the perfect kind of games to while away an evening with, time you'd only spend watching 'Changing Rooms' or something.

If you enjoyed "Dawn of Sorrow" for the DS but haven't had the chance to play this pair of adventure side-scrollers, you gotta pick this up. [Apr 2006, p.86]
  3. A must-own for the Castlevania elite.

First of all only fair to warn you I didnt play this double pack I played and own both games included.. They are both great games but the First of all only fair to warn you I didnt play this double pack I played and own both games included.. They are both great games but the first and third are far superior to the second. People whined about the screen being too dark, and the game being to difficult with Circle of the Moon. So what happened? we were handed harmony of dissonance with the polar OPPOSITE not a BALANCE of Circle of the Moon. It was still an above average game but it was too freaking easy. and I know what im talking about because im not really that good at videogames but im obsessed with them. And I seriously doubt I ever died more then 3 times in the sequel with a kindergarten level difficulty and eye bleeding bright colors. but again it was still a decent castlevania I just would of included the first and third if it were me thats all. If this didnt have the third game it would be getting something like a 5 but the third game is the best of the ones on gba so the score reflects the game. This isnt a biased review either My honest opinion (and you are of course entitled to your own) is the second game was a stepback from what made castlevania great and it was corrected in aria of sorrow.
