  1. Pretty standard fare, but Rave Master handles the traditional health bar system in a completely unique way.
  2. The one major downside seems to be that the character's moves list is fairly limited, so it does not take very long to get accustomed to each one.
  3. Sure, Story Mode lacks a real story and sometimes the fights can get just a tad repetitive, but with good graphics and unique characters with their own fighting style this is fighting at its most entertaining.
  4. 60
It could use a little more polish in the character balance department, and the story mode is a tad short with only seven stages, but the vibrant visuals and ability to fight against multiple opponents will please those looking for some "Super Smash Bros."-style action on the small screen.
  5. Though it does add a few colorful characters, a few different modes of gameplay and some novel damage concepts, Rave Master shows itself to be just barely more than yet another Street Fighter-style knock-off.
  6. While my attention span is getting short and Rave Master: Special Attack Force! never really amazed me, I had fun playing it. I liked the button-mashing.. I liked experimenting with new moves.
  7. Just how big a fan of Rave Master are you? Are you big enough and crazy enough to shell out thirty bucks for a crappy game, a less informative manual, and some mildly pretty colors?

The characters can be annoying, so choose a good character and thrash them to bits! Interesting graphics.
