It provides a great looking, challenging boxing title which has enough challenges and difficulties to keep you coming back to get drilled on some more.
-
Artificial intelligence could be improved, with obvious gaffes affected by opposing boxers in the heat of battle, but overall, it's no slouch.
-
A good improvement over previous renditions of the game. I wouldnt put it in the same class as Madden but it is a quality video game that fighting/boxing fans should investigate.
-
Looks great, plays very well, and offers enough of a challenge to last a while, which adds up to make Knockout Kings 2003 a must-own for any fight fan.
-
The wisely balanced sim and arcade elements are combined with fantastic presentation to make for a very slick package that boxing fans will enjoy.
-
Game InformerThis was just better than 2002. Now all I need is a better boxer creator and punch stats. [Nov 2002, p.132]
-
Personally I'd rather face 15 rounds with Mike Tyson than play this again.

[Anonymous]Mar 11, 2003I think it is a good video game to play because it has impresive graphics and a very big selection of fighters.
