Touting leaderboards, special artifacts, and permadeath, there is a wide assortment of inspiring gameplay to keep any Apple device’s battery draining for hours.

Heroes of Loot is about as close to pure, distilled arcadey dungeon-crawling joy as we're ever likely to get.

All told, this is another good game from OrangePixel, and a solid pick-up for adventurers who prefer to kill first and ask questions later. We look forward to updates in the months ahead.

Heroes of Loot will pull in both dungeon-crawling fanatics and twin-stick obsessives in equal measure, with its fast-paced, randomly-generated action. You'll never reach the end of the dungeon, but you'll have plenty of fun trying to find it.

Still, minor gripes aside, Heroes of Loot is a damn fun dungeon crawler.

Difficulty levels proceed at a well designed pace like the mayhem you get into. I also loved the minimal retro style graphics that, despite the lack of pixels, still manages to perfectly characterize the players and NPCs.

    Uncomplicated and straightforward fun.

with a title with loot in it i expected a dungeoncrawler where you actually get loot. the only thing you get is gold. tbh i lovewith a title with loot in it i expected a dungeoncrawler where you actually get loot. the only thing you get is gold. tbh i love dubgeoncrawlers but they need to provide gear to equipp your character to get stronger. the title of the game is completely missleading Expand
