When you take the sum of all the great things that Nimble Quest does, you end up with an excellent casual title that’s easily approachable while having just enough strategy elements to want to keep you coming back to beat your high score one more time.
Nimble Quest nails the classic arcade experience, while providing fresh flair perfectly suited for iOS.
NimbleBit has another free-to-play winner on their hands, with a combination of Snake and RPG elements in the new Nimble Quest.
While nothing too deep, Nimble Quest is a lot of fun as its throwing RPG upgrade elements onto the game of Snake, which everyone should be all too familiar with.
Nimble Quest is a cute little game, but that's about it: it lacks the sheer originality and refined gameplay of Nimblebit's previous titles, and therefore is a game you might put down way too soon.
On one hand, this game is free, so the fact that it requires a small investment to enjoy might not seem like a big deal. On the other hand, even if you pay in, the core gameplay isn't satisfying, and your rewards aren't compelling.
Nimble Quest is cute and compelling, but it’s also a cynical complication of a classic design.
