In this lite version the app picks the category on the roller in the play page when you hit the start button, then the two letter reels spin and stop at random.Players can name any Famous Person, item or country that start with either letter; you just need to say what rules you are playing before the start of the game.For example we play “Strict Rules of Red Square” Both Letters must be used in order and as the first letters of words, or “Random Red Square” where one or both letters in either order as first letter if we have a hangover or younger players playing. Once the reels stop you have 59.99 seconds to name (or write down) as many words or names that start with the letters showing (in the lite app both reels spin regardless of category, so if it is one word answers both letters are in play).In the paid version you get extras like an audio countdown with choice of sounds, pick a category before play for team and league play.“The Name’s the Game” can be played just by you or with as many friends as you like, play in groups, teams or from person to person.
