In a sea of match-3 games WarGames stands outs as a creative and innovative puzzler that nearly everyone should play.
With its simple gameplay, engaging storyline, and neat visual style, WarGames is a blast to play.
WarGames: WOPR has almost everything in my opinion. Great gameplay, great old-school presentation and a story that is worth following. The only thing lacking that I would love to see is some kind of asynchronous multiplayer.
Featuring the likenesses and voices of characters from the 1983 cult classic flick, as well as engaging gameplay, WarGames: WOPR creates an air of excitement thirty years in the making.
Simply put, WarGames is awesome. Head-to-head multiplayer would sweeten the deal, but as it stands, this is one of the finest match-three puzzlers on the App Store, as well as a shockingly good movie-based game; there aren't many of those available.
The kitsch is intact, and so is the light-hearted fun.
A movie tie-in that actually does some justice to its fun source material, this match-three puzzler is a retro delight.
