    There are spikes to avoid, water-filled areas that make your eyeball buoyant, enemies with shields and others that intermittently catch fire, falling rocks, sticky web-firing spiders, mid-level bosses, actual bosses, and lots more to spice up this highly unusual ocular adventure.

    Witcheye is an absolutely pleasant and pleasurable adventure and easily one of the best mobile games I've played all year. With tight controls and a headphone-worthy soundtrack, it's one I'm going to be returning to. Though I'll probably just stick to the boss rush mode going forward.

    It’s really tricky to create satisfying traversal challenges when you put players in control of an object that can move freely in any direction. I have a lot of respect for Witcheye for taking on this huge design problem, especially since there are times when the game really feels like it delivers compelling solutions. Unfortunately, these moments are spread across an uneven experience that is hard to control.
