Thanks to Microsoft Flight Simulator, everybody can now get a taste of the excitement that comes with being a pilot. The game is so remarkably good at this that you don’t even need to use your imagination. Your dreams will come true on the screen.
There is nothing out there like Microsoft Flight Simulator. It delivers the entire world in unrivaled quality, combined with pinpoint precise controls and realism at a level that is unmatched. If you want a taste of the sky, this game is virtual perfection, and if you are learning to fly in the real world, nothing will reinforce what you’ve already learned more than Microsoft Flight Simulator.
A MASTERPIECE AND A PERFECT 10
Make sure your PC meets the minimum requirements or get it on an Xbox. Also, make sure your internet is not performing like it's from the Paleolithic Era. It's simple really, don't complain about something you can control. Read some of those negative review bombs and ask yourself if they came from a place of sanity and rationalization. Best flight simulation on the market! Period!
Flight Simulator 2020 is a game that is launched with a modest amount of content that, however, will take years to master. It is a platform that will evolve over time, but it has a really fabulous visual, physical and control base.
It's a game that gives me anxiety about having to upgrade my computer. But it's also a game that gives me a great sense of calm as I cruise through clouds far above the Earth. Microsoft Flight Simulator is a tremendous experience that makes you appreciate natural beauty and man-made ingenuity in equal measures. Being encouraged to dive into the rabbit hole of learning how to operate genuine, complex machines to perform amazing feats of science is giddying, as is being able to journey across a realistic, mostly accurate depiction of our entire, beautiful planet. Microsoft Flight Simulator is a spectacular technical achievement and a deeply inspiring experience filled with glorious possibilities.
While it may require a lot of effort to truly master, once you get to grips with the more advanced aspects of the simulation, you'll unlock nearly infinite possibilities. I know you hear this often, but this time, I can truly affirm that the world is at your fingertips. I'd say that the sky is the limit, but the Microsoft Flight Simulator's sky doesn't have any limits.
Microsoft Flight Simulator is not just the ultimate simulator, it’s a technical showcase that will inevitably end up catching everyone's attention. If you have a good PC, you won't be able to ignore it for long.
When all is said and done, Microsoft Flight Simulator in its current state reminds me a lot of Sea of Thieves shortly after launch. The game has a lot of promise and a lot of potential, but it is marred by a number of issues that keep it from really shining. Once the issues have been worked out in six months or a year from now, I fully expect Microsoft Flight Simulator to be a must-have title. Right now, unless you are a hardcore flight sim fanatic, I would pass on buying the premium version and just stick to playing the basic version that's included with GamePass.
Not a fan of this series, a common man. Seems like a nice time killer to play like an arcade, nothing more. A huge lack of content (meaning tasks, cities, planes, etc.). The work on making a whole planet accessible for flights is great, but glitches and stubborn mechanics give you a mediocre experience.
EDIT: downgrade to 7/10 because there are missing certain features for hardcore simmers:
- toolbar menu is gone when loading a saved flight...seriously???
- satellite map missing - only a vector map that does not even show the world
- change plane during flight only possible via a "developer menu" ... seriously?
- Slew Mode is horrible
- change location during flight only only possible via a "developer menu" ... seriously?
This simulator has GREAT potential but still has some childhood diseases. I would rate 10/10 if the above issues are solved.

Since the Flight Simulator 4, back in the 90s, I have been waiting for something like this. And now this dream has become true. Incredible what they achieved here. This is a true "next generation" of flight simulation.
- The whole world with all buildings
- Incredible weather effects
- Good frame rates
- Realistc flight decks
- Realistic sound
- Real world air traffic
- Road traffic
- Thousands of trees on the ground
- All airports of the world
I am sure there will be plenty of professional aircraft coming out in 2021/22 so that we can fly the FSLabs A320 or the Aerosoft planes. Can't wait! The foundation is already made with this masterpiece of a flight sim!
English: The simulation game, it is not very perfect physics. Also download online map, real photo could happen some bad ping. Also some aircraft is not complete to handle the **** panes and it is bad.
Português-BR: O jogo de simulação, ele não está muito perfeito física. Também baixar online mapa foto, real poderia acontecer alguns ping ruim. Também algum aeronave não está completo mexer no **** paneis e é ruim.
I will give this game some points as it does look beautiful and amazing. That is only if you can get this to actually work. I had to restart download 2 times for this game and didn't even get to experience it when it was downloaded. Every time I chose a takeoff and arrival, It did not load, and could not experience the game. I tried every tutorial to fix it and restart the game (including doing it in admin mode) but still nothing. The problem is this game is too linear, so much that I don't think PC's (except if its a NASA computer) were ready for this. Microsoft had an amazing idea in mind that I fully support but the technology standards right now aren't there. This is too advanced for most PC's and Microsoft made something that was too much for basic technology to process. Its the entire world that's being downloaded, something that doesn't come at an easy cost. Along with that, textures, planes, everything else, that's just too much for basic systems to handle. For those with a NASA computer for say, you may enjoy this game but for the common gamer, they will not even get the chance. In other words, to put this game, it's like Back To The Future where Marty plays 80's metal in the 1950s. The people weren't ready for that yet and neither weren't we to experience Flight Sim. If this were to come out a few years later, I may be able to give this game a higher review but as of now, this game isn't ready yet.
SummaryFrom light planes to wide-body jets, fly highly detailed and accurate aircraft in the next generation of Microsoft Flight Simulator. Test your piloting skills against the challenges of night flying, real-time atmospheric simulation and live weather in a dynamic and living world.
