"Assassin’s Creed Valhalla is the best open world RPG this year. It’s colorful locals are a joy to discover, combat and stealth feel deep and rewarding, and there’s a viking hoard of things to do." ... Read full review

"Everybody has their Assassin's Creed. Mine might still be the pirate's life in Black Flag. But Valhalla is basically Vikings vs. knights, filling out the other two sides of my personal trifecta. The assassinations might've gone soft, but the northern European world building hits hard." ... Read full review

"Assassins Creed Valhalla is a lot of fun and easy to sink dozens of hours into. It is the best entry in the more recent trilogy and genuinely elevates the gameplay mechanics. Content could be considered somewhat bloated still, but it is diverse enough and the setting and story is solid most of the way through." ... Read full review

"Even without the Aegean sparkle of Odyssey, this is an idyllic tapestry for Ubisoft’s artists. This sunlight streaming through the clouds, bathing rich greed fields and vine-covered ruins and burgeoning cathedrals in its golden benediction! Ubisoft’s artists are to open world games what Richard II is to words, and their talent shines throughout Valhalla’s England: this sceptered isle, this earth of majesty, this other Eden, demi-paradise, this little world, this precious stone set in the silver sea, this blessed plot, this earth, this realm, this England. So what if it’s not as good as Odyssey? I’ll take it!" ... Read full review

There's so much to do, voice acting is great, story is great, graphics are amazing. It's going to be something i'm gonna play until cyberpunk comes out. There's not much else anyway. Not interested at all in spiderman dlc. Expand

Reminds me combination of Assassin's Creed 4 Black Flag, Unity and Origins and then obviously making it it's own thing at the same time. Now, if you are someone who has not really enjoyed any AC games since AC 3, take my advice and i mean it, please just give up this series, it's clearly not for you. I personally absolutely, deeply hate Assassin's Creed 3, i have played it only 1 time and i will absolutely never play it again. It takes you 7 hours to play as actual main character while doing most boring missions possible. Just no. While i have finished Unity, Black Flag and Origins at least 3 times. So there's that. I personally really like Valhalla and it reminds me these three games i mentioned. It's not me trying to hate people who like AC 3, even tho i'm very, very tired of them whining about Desmond's death, but again, if you don't like these new games, just give it up. That's it. But to other millions of fans who have played and enjoyed this series past 7 years i would recommend this! All the classic elements like hood, hidden blade, one shot assassinations are back. They removed all the grind from Odyssey, you get 2 skill-points at the time and it's very easy to get them. Story is interesting, characters are likable, graphics look incredible. That's all i have to say. Expand

Far better than Origin and Odyssey, but Ubisoft WASTE a good viking story. Pro:
- Grapich
- Sounds - Male Eivor and the voice actor
- Fight system good
- Finally Shield + 1H combat
- Music
- Norway and England is look fantastic
- Eivors (male) characters
- The main story have good moments
- Have blood

Cons:
- The main story too separated
- Too few side characters - Itemization and the skill tree is terrible
- Every AC thing, like the idiot and boring Order, the idiot modern storyline
- No really romance
- “Sex scenes” is childis
- No nudism
- The complet ending is B category and boring sh*t
- Microtransaction
- Asgard storyline is unnecessary

Ubisoft you have money and resources, why forced the vikings into this AC bulls*ht? Why not make a good single player viking game?
