"Despite the rusting Batmobile at some points, the Rocksteady developers managed to say Batman’s goodbye to Batman flawlessly. All thanks to the powerful story moments that work better than in the previous attempts. [Issue#255]"

"Aside from a few sputters during the animation when entering the Batmobile and the FPS cap at 30, I didn’t experience any of the problems many PC players were experiencing with the game. If any dark, rainy, dirty and downtrodden city could be beautiful, it’s Gotham in Arkham Knight." ... Read full review

"Every positive–the twisting storyline, the iconic villains, and the superb combat–are undermined by other factors. Mediocre acting, rough dialogue, and overuse of the Batmobile, leave Batman: Arkham Knight that much less cohesive than its predecessors." ... Read full review

"Porting issues aside, Batman: Arkham Knight is a decent enough game. It's not the spectacular swansong we hoped for from Rocksteady, but it's another solid - if predictable - slice of Arkham gameplay, with a couple of great sections along the way." ... Read full review

"Arkham Knight is the latest, most improved and seemingly last installment in the Arkham series. The whole, justified controversy over its failed launch on PC doesn't do this excellent game justice. We would urge any gamer to refrain from purchasing this game (retail), as there are massive performance issues, which are currently being worked on. For the time being, although the story and gameplay mechanics are splendid, we are forced to cap our rating up to 30. Just like the game's framerate. " ... Read full review

(I do not understand people who judge the game, for the various problems we had at the launch of the game.) The grades are:
gameplay : 95/100
graphics : 100/100
story 96/100
location : 98/100

I recently bought it and I am playing the latest (March 2016) version. My specs are 4790k 16gb RAM and 980Ti on a 4k TV playing in 3840x2160 with every setting on max. Fraps shows framerates between 40-75. The optimization is great!

The game itself is a fan service to every batman fan out there. There are tons of gadgets that have never before existed in any game. You are equipped to the teeth with tons of them. There are around 20 ways to beat every mission and many different way to fight enemies. You have multiple ways to navigate thru the city and multiple ways of sneaking around enemies. I am not going to spoil this game too much so let me just say. Don't judge the game based on the older reviews when the game was broken. Play it now and I am pretty sure you will love it as I did. I give it 9/10 because it deserves it. One of the best recent games no question about it.

I originally scored it a 1 because I couldn't play for more than 5 minutes without crashing. Last night and this morning I have played with only 1 crash so maybe something got patched. So far I am really enjoying this game the story is interesting and driving the batmobile is really fun. I like the fighting better in Arkham Knight than Arkham Origins.
I would have rated it an 8 but not until they are able to optimize it enough to remove the 30 fps lock.
My PC is able to maintain a constant 30 fps.

Greed and Iron Galaxy are to blame for this abortion. Iron Galaxy screwed up the port of Origins, and they screwed up this one too. As forGreed and Iron Galaxy are to blame for this abortion.
