Biped is a cooperative game full of fun and suitable for kids and kids at heart. My only wish is that there was more to enjoy.

Biped is well worth a look, especially if you like cute, lovable little robots (and who doesn’t?). Grab your buddy, your sibling, or maybe get lucky and find someone online, and get ready for some crazy, chaotic co-op fun. This is one time where two legs are definitely better than four.

Biped is a simple idea but executed with as much charm as Next could possibly muster. If you’ve ever wanted to save the world but the T800 was just a bit to shoot first and ask questions later, grab a buddy and try out Biped. The cute characters, lovingly crafted stages, and emotional range the mechanical cast show between your own screams of joy and despair will have you hooked on this title, and you can even play co-op without the couch via Remote Play.

A really good choice for a gaming evening both with kids and adults. The solo gameplay is somewhat pleasurable but nothing beats cooperation. [06/2020, p.71]

Biped might be just the thing for a couple who are finding the distance trying, or for connecting with a friend you’re missing. Don’t let the pleasant art direction or merry soundtrack fool you, though, it’s childishly charming yet devilishly demanding – those challenge stages don’t take it easy! Make sure not to give up if it turns out to be a little harder than expected. There’s a nifty solo mode to practice in and I’ve found it’s a game that generally rewards mastery in small chunks as one overcomes each of its elegant mechanics. I wonder if that playful creativity is a part of NEXT Studios’ ideation culture or if it was just a fluke, I guess I’ll have to go find out and I can only hope to find more in a similar vein.

It’s a budget Mario/Yoshi sans acrobatics with tons of borrowed ideas and a single original one. Play only in co-op if you’re 6 or older.

If you are looking for something cool after finishing Portal 2, you certainly won't be disappointed by this title. The game play is pleasant, sometimes demanding but mostly pleasant even for kids. My children were delighted with the graphic art (especially the ability to customize the appearance of the robots) and a soundtrack. The only drawback is that we've already finished this title :(

If you are looking for some nice, dexterous title, but not very hardcore one, Biped is a good choice for your family or the second half.

The design is really nice, and so is the music! Playing in co-op is so much fun! Though it is still really interesting to play solo bc there are little cute NPCs helping you out to get through puzzles, it's really nice! All levels are different and just as you think "ok, I've got it" - this game just smashes your expectations into pieces making you try and try and try again to make your way through! Oh, how we've laughed while hitting those buttons! XD this game presents you a challenge if you want it and helps you out if you get stuck. Oh! there are also customization options, so your lil cute biped can be the most stylish, it's fun! This game amazes with the amount of mechanics it got, getting you through all of those co-op puzzles - I like it! I hope there will be more games like this in the future! Expand

This deserves an honest review for the people that keep seeing 10/10 and 9/10 ratings and no criticism. The game has an original gameplayThis deserves an honest review for the people that keep seeing 10/10 and 9/10 ratings and no criticism. The game has an original gameplay element in terms of moving a literal biped (BI-PED) so you get to learn that as a new game skill for a change. However that's where the true "10/10" regarding this game ends because it suffers from a severe lack of originality and imagination with the map mechanics (everything is simple and not very interesting) while almost every map puzzle is an obvious low quality copy-cat of famous platform games like the 3D Mario games and there are also several obnoxious bugs and quirks (at least they didn't ruin the Solo play and Co-op play according to those that tried it has a chance to be fun if you must play something with friends).
