Of course, yourBrilliant scientist Patricia Tannis may have cracked one of the galaxy's greatest mysteries: what makes the Borderlands' psychos so uniformly deranged? She believes the answer lies with Vaulthalla, a mythical place that induces insanity in all who learn its true nature. Of course, your average psycho isn't going to peacefully sit still and share Vaulthalla's secrets, so the closest you can get to a willing participant is Krieg, a fellow Crimson Raider and the most badass psycho there is. Problem is, Krieg's not the best communicator, what with all his aggressive, barely coherent screaming. Using technology that lesser intellects couldn't possibly comprehend, Tannis is beaming you and your fellow Vault Hunters directly into Krieg's consciousness so you can discover Vaulthalla for yourself. You'll need to team up with both of Krieg's opposing personas—a raging murder machine and a calm inner voice—if you want any chance of surviving his twisted, meat-filled mindscapes and reaping Vaulthalla's rewards. Fustercluck doesn't add anything that feels super new, it at least offers up an incredibly Borderlands-y expansion filled with meat chunks and silly weapons - and it's the only game this year that'll let you shoot down the actual moon, go on a mini quest to retrieve it, load it into a catapult and use it to batter down the walls of a meat castle. So, y'know, there's that.

One year after the release of Borderlands 3, the fourth dlc ends a journey made of fan service and emotions. A splendid journey for all fans, much less for those unfamiliar with the past of the series.

This fourth additional campaign for Borderlands 3 is undoubtedly not the most generous in terms of content, but remains very successful thanks to a good story, a very endearing duo of characters (the two Kriegs) and humor bordering on the absurd that hits the mark.

In short, it is a good addition able to offer fans a few hours of frenetic fun, while failing to concretely raise the standards of a not exactly exciting post-launch path.

Borderlands 3: Psycho Krieg and the Fantastic Fustercluck is a bizarre odyssey through Kreig’s cranium that holds one great boss battle but few other surprises.

Psycho Krieg and the Fantastic Fustercluck had a lot going for it based on its premise, but retreaded enemies and mostly underwhelming locations let down an otherwise fun expansion.

There are some interesting moments and it does not have the level of secret searches of previous ones DLC. I was hoping they would add a new character or a new talent tree, but no. I a m a little disappointed. Expand

    the bad
its a 3-4 hour dlc, for 15 euros. you can get better value with alot of other games

the guns are recycled all the time even inside of the dlc
several legendary guns are mission reward guns from the same dlc

enemies are HARD asset flips, dlc 1 hyperion bots are here, and they even drop dlc 1 exclusive gear. which is like.. cmon..

major questions arent rly answered in the end.
it feels as if 2/3rds of the dlc is not here
    so i give this a 3
its just not worth its money,
    ppl might say it is

but enemies are % hp bloated to make it take longer to get through, bosses are rly fking tanky, normal named enemies are tankier then major bossses from anywhere in this game

a real shame, dont buy this for its initial price
buy it only if the seasonpass is on sale
or if the individual dlc costs around 5 euros, thats the price it should bepriced on for its value

Having to sit and listen to characters for 5 minutes straight STILL before you can do anything, and then being able to just run through most areas is laughable, honestly it is some of the dumbest **** I've seen out of this staff. This was your 4th attempt to get a DLC right, and instead you turned it into the most boring, over fan serviced **** show you could imagine. The side mission about burying Krieg's buzz axe is every side mission pretty much. "Hey krieg, oh, we're sitting here... doing nothing.... just talking still.... okay now i spam E and the mission is done." (seriously, how could you mess up side missions so badly?) Then you just had to try and emotion bait everyone with Maya, ya know, the character you completely screwed over in the main story for no real well thought out reason? The "themes" or "lessons" you tried ham-fisting through this DLC felt more like being read a children's book about growing up, than seeing how a psycho comes to term with loss and grief of a loved one he was never truly able to confess too. For the love of god Gearbox, what are your writers smoking? Expand

This is the most BORING dlc to a game I've ever played. Not to mention it's way too expensive. Don't buy it.
