A correct remastered edition with some interesting but not significant additions. It is an especially good opportunity for those who want to discover a great shooter that deserved more recognition in the past generation, but with the technical advantages of the present one.

Action-packed shooter from 2011 with improved graphics and some new features.

Bulletstorm: Full Clip Edition is a roller coaster ride of violence that delivers gameplay that's just as entertaining as it was in its original release in 2011. While it may not have enough discrepancy from the original to justify a repurchase, as far as remasters go, Bulletstorm: Full Clip Edition should serve as an example for how to revitalize an older game.

The game hasn’t aged almost at all (especially that its visuals were refreshed) and is still wickedly fun, but charging almost full price for it is absurd. [06/2017, p.44]

A great-looking remaster of a still fun, ridiculously over-the-top shooter from last generation that pokes fun at the genre while introducing its own distinctively violent, melee-heavy playstyle. On the other hand, it’s almost completely devoid of new content, which makes it less attractive for returning fans who were hoping for anything more than a facelift.

Bulletstorm is still a great, addictive shooter but the Full Clip Edition doesn't offer very much for the price.

If you’ve got the DOOM reboot then I heartily recommend you just go and play its Arcade Mode instead. This was added as a free update back in October last year, and it’s everything you want from a score-attack shooter and then some. Failing that, and if you’ve never played Bulletstorm before, then it’s worth a play-through should you spot it at a deep discount further down the line. $5-$10 should do the trick in the current market.

There is practically no plot in this game(it is very banal and simple) and there is slightly crooked skill leveling system, and I give -1 point for these two things... But in rest It is one of the best representatives of its genre: Intense, bright, juicy shooter with normal jokes of heroes during the walk-through. Expand

I just finished playing through as Duke Nukem. The story holds up even now, the gameplay is awesome and is now at 60 fps, BOOYAH!!! However... There seems to be more bugs in this one. Spots on the floor that stop you dead... which ends up making you dead when the baddies mow you down. The stretch necks of Heavy Echo in the final chapter makes it feel like they used Unity. Even with all the enfuriating bugs, this game gets an 8 out of 10 from me. I'm hoping Gearbox gets us a Bulletstorm 2. Expand

Tons of fun mechanics with the various weapon upgrades, the whip/kick ability, and the scoring system that encourages you to use them in order to get points to purchase ammo and stuff. On top of this, playing as Duke Nukem was a treat. The various collectibles along with the unlock-able "overkill" mode for beating the game adds some pretty decent replay value. Overall a pretty great game! Expand
