Playing CreaVures is like taking a leisurely stroll through the woods. There's very little intensity, but it's damn beautiful at times.

CreaVures is a fun platformer that reminds us somewhat of Lost Vikings. All of the creatures have unique specialties that must be combined in order to reach the end of a level. Although the puzzles aren't too intelligent and you'll have gone through all of the areas in the nick of time, CreaVures is still one of the most fun indie-games of the last three months.

More often than not, though, the game feels hobbled by irksome jump and swing mechanics, and merely getting around always feels far more of a faff than it probably should.

It feels like a four-hour tutorial to a game that might have used its mechanics better, never trusting its players enough to present them with a thoughtful challenge. [Oct 2011, p.77]

CreaVures garnered a considerable amount of attention with its distinctively colorful visuals, and for some people that may be enough to look beyond the game's failings. It is pretty. It also has excellent potential, but at the moment, it's eye-candy that requires too many concessions in gameplay to fully enjoy.

CreaVures looks really nice... when viewed as thumbnail-sized screenshots in Steam.

Repetitive, especially at beginning, and short... i regret the very little number of boss and a physic sometimes so annoying.

So, a game interesting for his atmosphere, his graphisms, his cute characters, and his nice and easy gameplay... but without real challenge. A likable little game, for a few hours and a few dollars.

Nothing more really needs saying, but I realize the above review appears incomplete.
Te elaborate slightly, it's a platformer with light puzzle elements where you collect stuff lying around. You control a handful of creatures with straightforward abilities that get you by obstacles that clearly require said abilities. Movement is slow, and puzzles are straightforward to the point that it only slows things down.
The game avoids making any critical errors. It's not excessively frustrating. It looks pretty. But ultimately, the 2 hour journey just fails to give a reason to play it, and you're just kind of waiting for things to end.

I think Muse has integrity issues especially when what you pay is not worth the value. Expand

The abuser Inkjet has not only been misusing the position as Muse community manager to protect those bullies but is actively helping them in attacking their victims. Muse Games head Howard Tsao is aware of this abuse going on but has chosen to silence me instead of rooting out the abusers and bullies in Muse and the community.

Bullies don't always realize the gravity of what they are doing. When you are however not only ignoring those that ask you to stop but take active steps to block them out there is no doubt that you are intentionally malicious. Stop this. Stop enabling bullies.

This game feels and plays like a demo game. It is very short, unrefined, and buggy. I would not spend your hard earned money on lazy programing.
