A lack of variety and a bit of polish on the mechanics leaves the game feeling less like a release and more like a well-made flash game you might find online. With a difficulty rating that shoots sky-high in relatively little time, this is a game that only the hardest of hardcore players will complete and enjoy to its full potential.
An original and interesting strategy game with some balancing issues.
Not the best TV homage that we have seen because it's too complicated and repetitive to be fun.
Overall, its a competent strategy game that is bogged down by its immature humor and annoyances.
Instead of being smart about it, the game ends up being just as dumb as the society it seeks to mock.
As a strategy game, Death by Game Show is incredibly simple and not very fun to play. Combined with the repetition of arcade games, it becomes a tiresome puzzle game. Add in the aesthetic, and you have a game that I would not recommend.

Summary A twitch-action and strategy game, a hybrid in which reaction and resources are equally important. Inspired by the movie Idiocracy, pop culture, and our skewed sense of humor, this is a twist on frenetic-off-the-wall-strategy.
