Mar 6, 2016Full of atmosphere, funny and like LucasArts. Part 4 of the trilogy (!) stays true to its predecessors and that's how it should be. Please don't stop!
-
Mar 4, 2016Deponia Doomsday contains one of the greatest opening scenes we've ever seen in a Point 'n Click/Adventure game, featuring none other than David Hayter. It's a must-play if you enjoyed classics such as The Curse of Monkey Island and Day of the Tentacle.

Mar 20, 2016I like the fact that Rufus returned to terrorize his environment. This destructive journey is a wild ride spiced up with time tiers. Classic point & click doesn’t get much better.

Game World Navigator MagazineApr 21, 2016Although in the new chapter Rufus is once again alive, well and goofs around as much as ever, don’t expect that he’ll get his “happily ever after” this time. On the other hand – who even needs that “ever after” when you’ve got a time machine? [Issue#208, p.57]

Apr 5, 2016Deponia Doomsday is an experience hardcore fans of these series will love. Its humour is as crude as ever, the story is confusing, and its characters are still missing a few vital brain cells. But with a beautiful art style and interesting puzzles, Daedalic has delivered yet another solid adventure game.
-
Mar 12, 2016The lovable-yet-flawed characters, the interesting, detailed environments, and the snappy story are definitely back again this time around. If you are new to Deponia, however, be prepared for some tedium and confusion to go along with the colorful fun.

May 18, 2016Faint return of the popular adventure series. Deponia still charms with its original concept and humor …and even Rufus lost none of his charm. The devs from of Daedalic bring us an adventure that is good only with its story, but not with a gameplay.

Jul 24, 2020Finally, a continuation from a sad ending. So far the game is awesome! You have to play the whole series and it is worth it.
