  • Summary: Death and destruction came into Doodland. This happy and joyful land is going to change. Forever. You play as one of Doodlers, a peacefull inhabitant of happy doodle world, attacked by a meciless monster. There are only two options: run as fast as you can or die.

    Escape Doodland could use some more content, but it's a really neat, little game. As long as I'm not playing level seven.

    New studio flukyMachine’s 2D runner-style platformer is every bored student’s notebook come to life, proudly embracing its own eccentricities in the visuals department. But turn the page and one will find that the gameplay lacks the same luster, living in the shadows of its influences. While it does sport more-than-serviceable gameplay, Escape Doodland is a game worth playing for its charm and simplicity, not for its depth of mechanics or level design prowess.

    Grafika w Esape Doodland to chyba główny selling point. Grafika stylizowana na zeszytowe bohomazy sprawdza się świetnie w tego typu grze. Pierwszy poziom trochę mnie rozczarował, aczkolwiek każdy następny podnosi poprzeczkę coraz wyżej. Poza grafiką bardzo ważną częścią gry jest muzyka, która idealnie pasuje do reszty. Dźwięki mają odpowiednia dozę "kreskówkowości" a muzyka świetne pasuje do całej reszty(aczkolwiek ilość utworów jest dość ograniczona i często zdarzyło mi się grać słuchając podcastu.)
    FEELING SKAKANIA
    Przez wykorzystanie powycinanych z papier modeli naszych skoczków feeling nie jest idealny, ale jest on bardzo wybaczający i ewidentnie przemyślany w taki sposób żeby nie frustrować (czasami model postaci jest już poza danym elementem, ale my dalej bezpiecznie na nim lądujemy). Przez to, gra jest bardziej casualowa niż inne z tego rodzaja, ale przy tym dalej bardzo satysfakcjonująca. Idealnie sprawuje się jako odpoczynek od innych gier. Odpalamy Escape Doodland i zapominamy o całym świecie.
    MECHANIKI W GRZE
    Jak większość runnerów Escape Doodland także posiada kilka różnych "trybów"skakania. Między innymi etapy w których pływamy albo jesteśmy szybsi albo wolniejsi. Same pomoce w postaci bąków (xD) Są naprawdę przyjemne, potrafią pomóc nam zniwelować efekty nieudanego skoku, albo pozwalają nam się dostać w miejsce jakiejś fasolki.
    POZIOM TRUDNOŚCI
    Samo przejście danego poziomu jest zazwyczaj dość łatwe (nawet bez ginięcia) Problem zaczyna się przy maksowaniu gry na 100% i szukaniu wszystkich fasolek. Niektóre są bardzo sprytnie poukrywane.
    [hi]DOPRACOWANIE I DBAŁOŚĆ O SZCZEGÓŁY[/h1]
    Gra jest świetnie zrobiona. Poziomy łączą się ze sobą, menu główne jest śliczne i interaktywne. Błędów jest raczej mało, i nie przeszkadzają za bardzo w grze. Wyjątkiem zdaje się być ostatni poziom. Widać że twórcy brakowało czasu. Częste gliczowanie się, blokowanie, oraz dziwne zachowania przeczące fizyce. Na szczęście inne poziomy nie mają takich problemów.    … Expand
