With its numerous endings to uncover and pixel-perfect production values, Faith is one of the most unique and exciting games I’ve played in years. And now that the trilogy is available in one gloriously gory package, there’s never been a better time to take up the cross and see what all the shrieking incantations are about. Faith: The Unholy Trinity is a masterpiece in minimalist horror that no fan of the genre should miss.

FAITH: The Unholy Trinity is not a game for everyone. It looks and plays like something from the late 80's. But for those willing to look past its minimal presentation, there is a devilishly terrifying experience waiting inside.

Don't let the retro graphics fool you, there are some truly unnerving and immersive moments in this game. The narrative is pieced together from notes and logs, rather than holding your hand throughout.

It's obviously not a perfect game. The third act devolves into arcade-like games which can be extremely frustrating to pass, and the story takes a dip somewhat, but overall this game is well-worth any horror fan's time. I am a huge fan of innovation in the face of limited budgets, and I marveled at the clever ways in which the game conveyed atmosphere and story.

If you have an imagination, this game will take full advantage of it. Highly, highly recommended.
