Feb 8, 2016Fortified is a solid mix of tower defense and action third-person shooting. Its design may not be all that original, but its execution is great and should entertain you, as well as your friends, via the cooperative mode.

Mar 9, 2016Fortified is an enjoyable romp through a criminally underused setting, but is held back by the jack of all trades nature of the action tower defence genre. It'll be fun with friends, and for a few hours alone, but mileage may vary.

Feb 19, 2016Having said that, if tower defense games are your cup of tea then this is a great addition as the ability to be on the ground with your troops really does add a sense of personal involvement that is lacking in all the more traditional top down place and sit back style games.
