This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. The whole point of putting scores on episodes of a story so vast is pointless! Some episodes need to be simply an introduction to greater events. Same goes for book chapters. Do you grant a score to chapters? No, you evaluate the whole book. I liked it as a part of the story. The giant was awesome ;-) Expand

Nothing Telltale does is as good as Life is Strange, which set the bar very high for this type of game - that many of us want - great story, real interaction, better graphics, and far better controls.

This is a good episode, and at Steam sale prices, my wife and I can enjoy this separately via shared Steam libraries for the cost of $1 an episode each, which is reasonable. Your choice

Your choice is still an illusion, and I have come to see these as far more choose-your-own adventure story books, and now that I know that, I'm ok with that at ten bucks or so.

With superb production values that reminded us the ones of the TV series, Sons of Winter is the best episode of this franchise so far.

Game of Thrones adventure series still feels as an inexpensive tag for the TV series even after the fourth episode. It's not bad, but the universe of G. R. R. Martin's books deserves better.

A mid-season episode which keeps the narrative wheels turning, steps up the action in places, and (at last) gives the Ironrath Forresters some brief moments of triumph.
