Despite its rough spots, GitS is a solid first outing for Cardboard Box Entertainment. By turns, it's quirky, funny, imaginative, macabre, silly (in a good way) and creepy, with a great showdown at the end. I mean, who could ask for anything more?
Ghost in the Sheet may be more traditional than it first appears, but this spooky adventure still offers challenging puzzles amid a creepy atmosphere.
Ghost in the Sheet is an original, if low-budget take on the mystery/adventure genre, but poor narration and low-quality visuals make it a challenge to finish. [May 2008, p.64]
The voice work and graphic design are both well done, if a bit utilitarian, but the dialogue and story need polishing to create a strong immersive atmosphere that a game like this really requires.

Summary Ghost in the Sheet is a point’n’click adventure game based upon a highly original story about a ghost who finds out that the Afterlife is not nearly as fun as it sounds. Having met your new and rather unpleasant astral boss, you embark on an adventure to an abandoned factory with the goal of finding out what happened there. [Tri Synergy]
