   Simply one of the best games ever made. Instead of counting all the great aspects (as almost everything about this game is awesome) I simplay Simply one of the best games ever made. This is a fantastic, intense and very mature shooter (featuring one of the best soundtracks ever made) which should be considered as great and important as Max Payne. How any serious gamer can give this game a rating beneath 7 is a mystery to me.… Expand

   Three reason this game should deserve 71 metacritic
   1.Story and acting
   2.Character voice
   3.Animation like a classic gang movie
   
   Square enix bring something always interesting stuff and nobody gonna bore to play their game you talk about deus ex,Life is strange,Tomb raider,hitman,murdered soul suspect etc this game one of them for sure
   
   Whoever loves gta mafia type he must gonna love this game also this was 2007 year game I had to play it on low settings because my pc is worst so still demanding I will play it again on my dream pc
   
   Three reason most people not gonna love this game
   1.Gameplay is little bad
   2.The aim system kinda feel old dayz I mean weird
   3.Always ♥♥♥♥ing sucking ducking word hehe… Expand

   Nice story, fun levels which are quite unique given the criminal angle of the protagonists, not the best gameplay in the world but fun enough,Nice story, fun levels which are quite unique given the criminal angle of the protagonists, not the best gameplay in the world but fun enough, if you can get it for under a tenner I'd say its worth it for a few hours of fun… Expand

   (all you're going to read is my opinion don't complain)
   The game is really enjoyable to play...The gameplay is really good, the music are not(all you're going to read is my opinion don't complain)
   The game is really enjoyable to play...The gameplay is really good, the music are not bad but it could be better, the story is actually the worst thing in the game, its a weak story and only the main characters (Kane & Lynch) have personalities the rest of the people in the game are just..."DeRp....?"
   Its impossible to give this game more then a 7/8 because it could be better...
   If you really like this style of games you will probably enjoy it, but if you never played a game like this one don't play or try it you're not going to like it...… Expand

   So this game has been developed by IO interactive the guys behind Hitman series, this should make Kane & Lynch any good, right? well...So this game has been developed by IO interactive the guys behind Hitman series, this should make Kane & Lynch any good, right? well... unfortunately is not, by the reasons for anyone who play this game should know by now.
   The story itself it is the strong component that gives a positive point to the game. The way it handles a story of violence in a "Mature" direction (and well implemented) , and it does it pretty well without being to edgy or without over exaggerating the violence or subject matter (like Manhunt 2), by telling the story of two guys who were normal and end off being in bad situations and how to confront them, one being schizophrenic who feels guilty by his actions and the other guy who is cold and knows the difference of good and evil, And of course, the voice acting is pretty well and believable.
   What ruin the game is the most important factor of any video game and that is it's gameplay.... my god.... it is so broken!!!!!
   The shooting mechanics are the worst, with terrible aiming and beside that every single gun has terrible recoil so expect your bullets to miss frequently.
   Inconsistent as hell. Some enemies will die with one shot in the head, but other will keep shooting at you even with a bullet straight in their brains, and aside of that, the enemies will never miss a shot and they can take you out way too quickly.
   Friendly AI can be handle at times, they can kill enemies and heal you up, but is way to annoying that you must give them orders so they can kill someone or to move one way to another if not, they will just stand there like nothing.
   The cover system is terrible too, even in cover you will still get hurt, like if walls didn't exist at all, and when enemies are in cover you will likely not hitting them, but even when they are not in cover like i said, your shots will miss anyway, again, by it's terrible shooting mechanics.
   And the overall quality of the game, it looks pretty bad, even Hitman Blood Money that was developed one year before has more polish quality than this (and plays way better than this).
   I think that Kane & Lynch could have been a great game, if Eidos interactive didn't rush the project, because that's what it is.... a rushed game.… Expand

Both Kane and Lynch as anti heroes completely fail, you dont feel or route for them whats so ever, even if it was intended that way theyre still awfully done characters. Its sucha a torture to play this game that i even didnt gave the sequel a shot which doesnt look any better anways from what it seems.… Expand
