TL;DR: A pretty and polished wallet snake for competitive non-strategic casual gamers. But after level thirty, grind-halt.

This is an eye-candy browser-based flash game featuring your character and lingerie-breasted guardian angels. You (and everyone else on the server) are the long awaited The One come to save and release guardian angels and ... the plot basically stops there.
This is one of those "click the flashy thing" games where you are held by the hand for basically everything. Just as well, as everything in the game can be accomplished with few clicks. There is no "battling" or "strategy", the computer does it all for you. Being "competitive" means keeping abreast with upgrades, leveling, and playing all the minigames. Your eyes are rewarded with sparkles and gear and new features as you level up, so that you find yourself at level thirty within a few hours.
So, if this game is like every other game, why the bad score? Because it's an obnoxious cash cow. I have nothing against games out there to make money, developers need rent money, cockroach spray, and Ramen, too. The problem here is that every single thing in the game is set up for you to buy. Need more energy? Buy it. More bejeweled attempts? Buy that. Angel upgrades? You get the picture. But that's not all! There's a classic marketing technique inserted where you are guided into a corner and then prompted to pay to get out ; for example, you can get a new party member at 35 but probably won't afford it until 38, angel upgrades, etc . It might not be as big a deal if it didn't mean that you are being stomped on by everyone else until you afford those **** other words, this is the kind of game that puts you into a trap, barrages you with woes, and annoys you until you pay to get out of it. Every aspect of the game is set up in competitive leaderboards with ranking rewards - and in fact, you cannot even be competitive without paying for it - and $10 USD/mo would barely do it.
That's only a small part of the low score. The biggest reason is once you hit level thirty, the fast-paced and fun click game transforms itself into a completely different game - an ugly grind-halt monster. Be warned, most game website reviews don't play long enough to encounter this shift. In a nut shell, the game tells you you can't progress with main quests until you level up. Now you're stuck doing loop quest blitzes (click a button, wait for 1 - 5 minutes) for minuscule EXP until you run out of energy, and now all you can do is idle for chump change and wait for the next server event (which premium users dominate). It's a classic bait-n-switch.

Summary:

It looks pretty but it gets ugly quick. It's not worth bothering to play this game.
Its pretty, but that said it is a grind and it is a "pay to win" game. Also in PVP it has constant bugs that the developer team has done nothing about. This is especially true in Twilight Clash. If you enjoy getting killed by players you cannot see, getting stuck in spawn while the respawn timer is stuck at 1 (so you have to leave and come back in with a second 30 second cool down before you can leave spawn)objectives that cannot be captured by either side and being told you cannot attack a person in a safe zone when they are not in a safe zone then this game is definitely for you. Twilight Clash is guild vs guild combat with objectives (flag running) and gives you guild points that you can spend for basic things you need to increase your characters abilities. This said however, the pvp aspect is incredibly flawed and feels like something from a beta version before the game went live.rather than a polished and unplagued by unfixed bugs that one would expect seven months post launch.
These companies are notorious for delivering the cheapest, poorly designed, pay2win games from Asia. User experience and satisfaction is secondary when it comes to these games. Your wallet is their main concern. I really don't know how they get away with it or why anyone would pay a dime.
This game
a.) is boring
b.) has out dated graphics
c.) promotes mindless gameplay
d.) is a PAY TO WIN scheme
e.) does not have user satisfaction in mind
f.) has a mess of a UI
g.) unoriginal
I highly recommend you stay away from this game and companies that slosh out garbage.
The best rip off of the year, they are stealing real money everyday.
Each week they make new update but each week we get more new errors then they can ever fix
Also they advertize in game items with stats, when you buy them with real money few day leter they change stats and item is worthless, lost over 1000 $ this way.
When i started on server that was new almost one year ago we have 100-200 daily players, in next 6 months they open around 200 new servers and old ones are almose dead. At this moment we have less then 10 active players on my server, so it is imposible to play and finish daily tasks.
people say its pretty, really not even, pretty is subjective but the fact is for the amount of money they want you to pay you could get a BILLION prettier games, and on top of that they would have actual game play, a firm 0/10
This game was just awful..... but it was better than Depression Quest. I went in hoping it would be like a Wartune clone, but it was bad. The character art is nice, but that is about the extent of it.
