Or choose to control the powerful axis alliance of Germany, Japan, Italy and Finland, and also including Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, and the Baltic states. Whichever alliance you choose, you will control the entire alliance as one entity. It's a go-for-broke battle for total conquest.
