If you’re just looking for the best shooter for the PC—a game that engages your senses, thrills your nerves, and impresses your neighbors—stop reading this right now and go get MoH: Allied Assault.

Fun, pure and simple - the scenarios and environments it's based on were paid for with blood, sweat, and tears. It's makes the game an honor to play.
  3. About as close as we’ve come to perfection in the field of first person shooters in several years.

The true first gem of the year 2002 and depriving yourself of the privilege of playing this game is a crime punishable by death in some third world countries (not really).
  5. This is the kind of game that made me believe in the bright future of gaming, and at the same time, strengthened my belief that we're still far off from the level of professionalism needed to boost this form of entertainment to a more prominent cultural level.
  6. It is marvelous what you can get by adding great atmosphere and a good AI to a barely interactive shooter.
  7. A snipers best dream and worst nightmare. You can be walking through the forest and all of a sudden a shot rings out and you get hit. I found a couple of times where I could not see the sniper because he was hiding behind a tree.

Medal of Honor: Allied Assault is a classic game which is every cultured and experienced players should taste. If you are planning to finishMedal of Honor: Allied Assault is a classic game which is every cultured and experienced players should taste. If you are planning to finish this game in present-day with a hard difficulty, think about it twice if you didn't finish an old FPS. Because I barely finished this game even in easy mode and I'm not planning finish it again. This game has same hard difficulty as early 2000's FPS games. This game deserves like 7/10 score because this game was aiming to give a realistic WWII ambience for its time. Playability for present-day is up to you. The game has a decent gameplay. If you care a lot to graphics for a game, I don't reccomend it. If you are used to play old games which has old graphics, I reccomend this game. Some levels of the game may annoy you with its difficulty even you are playing on easy or normal mode, especially the last levels of the game is more challenging than others. The ambience and variety of the levels are the best part of the game, play it for this reason if you are going to, not for fun. The overall of the game is 7/10. Expand

Have you gone back and played this pile of crap? It ' s sensationally bad! The AI can see through almost everything in the map, has Have you gone back and played this pile of crap? It ' s sensationally bad! The AI can see through almost everything in the map, has instant reaction speed, and near perfect aim. It seems like a propaganda tool to promote the farcical idea that Germans really were the supreme race. This game plays much more like a rail shooter than an FPS the entire way through, with the "stealth" missions being buggier than anything else in the game. I own this game and played through it all the way, and I regret both. Expand
