Nobody Saves the World is a superb adventure, with lots of to see, do, experiment with, and have lots of crazy fun whilst doing so.
Nobody Saves the World cleverly plays on RPG tropes, poking fun while injecting them with new life thanks to interesting mechanics that keep gameplay fresh. The story expertly balances humor and seriousness, and the world is gorgeous enough that you always feel encouraged to keep exploring. Drinkbox Studios delivers its best work yet and one of the early hits of 2022 with Nobody Saves the World.

Nobody Saves the World takes many ideas from Guacamelee and successfully transfers them in an action RPG structure that recalls the Diablo-like sub-genre. It's surely a grindfest in the end, but an exciting one.
For those looking for some co-op fun, Nobody Saves the World is your game. If you’ve got a buddy that likes top-down action RPGs, make sure to add this one to your queue.
No One Saves the World is a fresh, funny and original take on the classic dungeon crawler style, an action RPG with tons of hero customization possibilities and challenging randomly generated dungeons.
The main strength of Nobody Saves the World is that it is never banal: it is not so in the splendid music, in the funny dialogues, in the simple plot, nor in the complex but satisfying system of the Aspects, which gives the player the possibility of mix skills and create ever new and devastating builds. In short, it is a game in full Drinkbox style, different from the splendid Guacamelee !, but from which it inherits an over-the-top style and an explosion of creativity that can be found not only in the artistic component, but in every pixel.
It may sound harsh, but Nobody Saves the World really threw all my pet peeves into a barrel and gave it a nice coat of paint. To give this game some props though, the co-op is fun for a little while and the game plays well. The coat of paint is, without a lie, a really nice art style. It’s just that the grind really sucks and it makes you grind from THE INTRO DUNGEON. Oh right, I was supposed to be talking about the positives. Probably the best thing about this game is that it has a very long potential gameplay time, and if you have a kid or a casual friend you want to relax and punch some monsters with, Nobody Saves the World might be a really good game.
A great little rpg with great visuals and characters. But all in all a bit too easy, short and shallow for a grumpy old gamer like me.

Nobody Saves the World es un juego entretenido aunque no le va a cambiar la vida a nadie. La idea es jugar cambiando de forma, cada una de las cuales tiene sus propias habilidades, de modo que vamos jugando de una a otra según las situaciones y retos que tenemos, los enemigos presentes, etc. Como llegado un punto además tenemos la posibilidad de mezclar habilidades de unas y otras, acaba habiendo una cierta profundidad a la hora de hacer builds, que se potencia por el hecho de que para progresar por las clases hace falta ir haciendo objetivos concretos que requieren jugar de ciertas formas (un sistema que mola y hace el juego variado, aunque hay algunas pruebas coñazo). La variedad de enemigos es aceptable, pero no espectacular, y la historia es bastante mala.
Gráficamente el juego es, en el mejor de los casos, discreto, cuando no directamente malo, especialmente en la falta de animaciones. Lo mismo se puede decir del sonido, que no es nada gran cosa y la música en especial se vuelve muy repetitiva. Pero, al menos, en mi partida no ha habido bugs de relevancia.
Por todo ello, no es un juego que vaya a revolucionar nada ni eso, pero si consigue entretener. Un 5,5.
