The game offers us 3 game modes: Story mode, Boss arena and Endless mode.
In story mode you can choose one from four difficulty grades. Then you can choose a skin (there are 10 of them) but this doesn’t influence you character in any way, the level, the weapons and stats are the same whatever skin you choose.
Before each level you can organize your stat points (power, life, agile, luck) and choose your weapons and other items. There is a big choice of melee and ranged weapons and every of them differs: aoe and single target weapons, those that can stun or burn your enemy and many more. Other items are things like health packs, grenades, sentry guns and so on, which you have to restock after use.
Your character also has a green bar, filled by killing zombies. After the bar is full you can use your mutation, becoming a super zombie, crushing your enemies and tearing them in parts. While in zombie form you are invincible to other zombie’s attacks.
And there is one thing. Choosing another difficulty grade doesn’t reset your level, stats and arsenal, so I’d recommend to play the game on easy mode first to level up, unlock all weapons and make some upgrades so you can begin playing on hell mode with any equipment you want.

The game doesn’t offer online multiplayer but you can take some friends and play the game with up to 3 other people locally (if you have enough gamepads).

In Boss arena you have the chance to fight 2 bosses at once, if fighting one boss is too easy for you and you are looking for a bigger challenge.

Endless mode is all about surviving as many waves of zombies as you can. In the middle is a circle. After each wave you can grab some ammo or HP there. The zombies become stronger and stronger after each wave and the number of them increases also.

For each Boss arena level and for the Endless mode there is a Leaderboard showing the best results of all players (Single and Local Multiplayer).

As the game is in Beta there are some bugs, mainly not critical. Some achievements didn’t unlock (for example “Warden”, “Gun/Melee Arsenal”, “Gun/Melee Master”). And the “HP and MP poison” doesn’t restore 30% but maybe 30 HP (that’s almost nothing). Everything else is okey in this game.

    + 10 different skins
+ 12 melee weapons and 10 ranged weapons
    + 9 additional items
+ level, stat and upgrade system
+ 3 game modes and 4 difficulty grades
    + unique bosses
+ local multiplayer (up to 4 players)
    + controller support
    + achievements and trading cards

    - HP and MP Poison doesn’t restore 30%
    - some achievements didn’t unlock

So all in all this is a very nice game. The gameplay reminds me a bit of “Dead Pixels” or “Double Dragon” and I like it a lot. I hope the devs will patch out those bugs with the potion and achievements and maybe add a multiplayer co-op mode.
