A great third-person shooter that aims to be family-friendly. It takes what previous games did well and adds more content to it at a lower price. PopCap Games knows how to develop a cast of silly and uniquely designed characters.

Plants vs Zombies: Battle for Neighborville is a fun, engaging and content-filled game that, in addition to offering a strong online player-vs-player component, is packed full of content that will keep even the most ardent of solo-players engaged. Proving that Electronic Arts can get live service games right, because this will be a live service game thanks to the pending premium currency store, this is still one game that has taken me by surprise and I can do nothing but recommend to anybody and everybody.

Plants vs. Zombies: Battle for Neighborville is an amazing next chapter in the series. Its story campaign alone is enough to warrant a buy. It’s not just the graphics, the characters, or the amazing multiplayer that makes it a must buy, it’s the charm that the developers have dialed into this game. Every minute playing feels like you’re on track to discover something ridiculously funny and over the top. Though there are a few key tweaks needed to make the battles spot on, it’s the culmination of other things that make this a great game.

Up for some quick fun? Plants vs Zombies: Battle for Neighborville might be for you —it features a wide range of cool characters, nice graphics, and lots of small maps for chaotic, explosive teamplay. Just don’t expect anything deep or complex to play in a coordinated squad, cause there’s none of that in this game.

PVZ: Battle for Neighborville’s messy maps and repetitive solo campaigns are rescued by an exciting and cute roster and varied multiplayer modes.

Unfortunately, aside from its more robust PvE offering and unique new characters, most of the other changes that have been made in Plants vs Zombies: Battle for Neighborville haven’t been for the better.

I have no issues when playing it other than Super Brainz being a bit too overpowered, but he definitely will be balanced in a near update like Nightcap. The game is obviously going to get updates like the first two games, so that’s good. Expand

The Garden Warfare series now go on a new direction, Battle For Neighborville, i'm gonna say my experiences as level 260. The New Upgrade systems are great witch you can create your own character throw unique upgrades and ability's. 4 Maps, 2 for zombies,2 for plants, the story's behind these maps are basically the same with some minor things changed, you get three items trow fighting three bosses, and then you fight the " final boss " , witch to be honest aren't hard if you are quick enough, the map exploration is great, with a not-so-dumb-AI, there are hidden easter eggs, and also battles that can start in the streets if you find a zombie/plant champion and kill him. The Multiplayer matches are decent, i didn't experience any crashes or lag.The game also adds 6 new heroes, 3 Plants and 3 Zombies, all of them look great, the patches in October has buffed and nerfed some characters since the game in the Founder's Edition has really unbalanced, at least they fixed that. And dont worry that all characters from GW2 return as well. The New Progression systems is meh, you dont have cards to buy like in GW1 or GW2 anymore, now its a machine that you waste 30,000 in game coins to get a random item, these items can be a Appearance Customization, Emoji, Dances, or legendary items, the problem is, it's that you can take up 40-50 minutos to get around 30,000 coins and you randomly get a dance or emoji witch basically no one uses on multiplayer matches. In Conclusion, Battle For Neighborville might not be what some PVZ GW fans wanted, but it still provides a good experience for $39,99. Expand

and I played a few. Ffs I even mained Tracer on Overwatch, played every competitive FPS/battle royale game there is, I LOVE immersive sims like Prey and Dishonored but this game made me dizzy in a couple of matches.

Camera did stupid things when dead, FOV... well non existant, the only time i see somthing other than my character on the screen is when I sprinted, absolutely awful to aim, and this is not something like "git good" or some other BS. Like I could not aim properly at anything because of FPS drops and terrible no good movement. At lest the EA refund system is good, which was a surprise because I've never used it before.

My friend and I are avid fans of PvZ, and we absolutely despised this game. It is almost unplayable on PC because we managed to get a terrible 3 fps with a **good** computer. The community team is also pretty ass overall and unfriendly, they do not allow you to criticize the game, the changes only make characters worse, and the game is padded out for decades for a game with almost no content. Game not worth buying, with unbalenced characters, toxic community, lazy developers and a lot of bugs
