No matter what Vasily uses – an ax, a hammer or even bare fists – he does it with that special oomph. Fights are brief and often end with a bone-crunching fatality; and if there is something like a stake or a saw table nearby, the enemy will meet an especially gruesome death. Firearms are also impressive: even a pistol is a weapon to be reckoned with, while shotgun’s effect is outright terrifying. [Issue#222, p.64]
Redeemer is an excellent game coming out of Moscow and Kalingrad, Russia and I recommend it to anyone looking for a fast-paced, action packed gore fest that requires a little more thought than your average beat-em-up. Don’t expect much in terms of a story, though. It’s not bad, it’s just not unique enough to be a selling point either.

Mình không hiểu sao mọi người lại chê tựa game này trong khi đây là một trong những game mà mình high nhất từ trước tới giờ, không cần biết cốt truyện sâu sắc thế nào, không cần phải dùng đầu óc để solve puzzle hay blah blah,... việc bạn cần làm là cầm búa, cầm dao, cầm gậy, cầm roi điện, cầm shotgun, cầm pistol, cầm machine gun, và nhảy vào tả xung hữu đột với đám kẻ thù, những gì mà game mang lại là sự thoả mãn tột độ. Nếu bạn đang có một ngày làm việc căng thẳng và mệt mỏi, thì tựa game này là sự lựa chọn không thể tuỵet vời hơi dành cho bạn

If you don't have mad skills or lots of patience, keep away from Redeemer. But if you like bloody gameplay with a really high difficulty level - remember this one. The second half becomes boring and there are some technical issues but its fierce attitude, pretty graphics and low price make it worth your while.
A game that held a lot of potential. Five or ten years ago, this game would have been an exceptional 2-player co-op brawler à la Gauntlet or Golden Axe. Today it’s a forgettable, short distraction that you’re unlikely to play through a second time.
Redeemer has its moments, but they are so scarce that the only thing that kept me going was my obligation to finish the game before reviewing it. [11/2017, p.48]

Extremamente viciante!
Serio, não achei que ficaria tão viciado nesse game. A gameplay é bem divertida, intensa e diversificada. O jogo conta não só com armas brancas, mas com armas de fogo tambem. Cada uma pode ser upada com pontos de skill, upgrades esse que ajudam muuito. Os comandos são bem responsiveis e não deixam a desejar.
Os graficos são bonitos, o cenario é diversificadamente satisfatorio e a otimização é muito boa.

Um, it's cool, I enjoyed playing, the story is kind of stupid and not very precise, the main character is an **** that you do not give a damn, but the gameplay is solid and fun despite being a bit caught up, lacking complexity and news in the Gameplay, it turns out to be somewhat repetitive, could be better, but it's fun

For me Redeemer is the definition of a slightly above average top down arpg. Visually it looks good for the most part but it lacks of any kind of stylistic personality. The combat again its just okay overall but nothing to exciting. It truly doesn't do anything particularly good or bad at he same time, just mediocrity.

Camera bug that wouldn't let me pass THE FIRST SCREEN of the tutorial. Also, game is LOCAL co-op only. WHYYYYYYY?!!! Who does local co-op on PC? This is some '****. FUDGE this game in the BOOTY HOLE.
