One of the best RTS ever created. To the great gamplay of Rise of Nations, this one adds vastly different factions in a unique an very interesting setting.

A pretty engaging and challenging strategy, offering a lengthy single-player campaign in a captivating fantasy setting.
When push comes to shove, Rise of Legends is a lateral step for the Nations franchise. The game is sound mechanically and brilliant visually, but it lacks the staying power that kept Rise of Nations in players’ disc drives for so long.
I need to stress that even when it abstractly fails - like the campaign mode - it falls comfortably above the vast majority of its peers. When it excels it excels in the same way as an aged whiskey or a finely made leather sofa does: it exudes quality and craftsmanship. Rise of Legends is an extremely-good-to-great game. Give it time and you'll love it.
With a less slapdash campaign and tighter AI, it could have been great, but even now, Rise of Nations: Rise of Legends is worth playing—just not legendary.
Elegant and beautiful and quirky, and shows (in multiplayer at least) flashes of undeniable brilliance. Unfortunately, also like Leonardo's gadgets, Rise of Legends never quite gets off the ground.
Great game that has very distinctive factions and some excellent multiplayer. The campaign is also pretty good as well. Overall I'd highly recommend it.

it is an awful game compared to the other ron games the only good thing about him was his graphics but all the other aspects of the game ar just some garbage it doesn't compare to the gameplay from ron throne and patriots it is a waste of time

This game was completely disappointment for me. Great design, nice sound background - all of this things were smashed on sluggish gameplay. It`s very boring thoughtlessly game about recapture-chase. It`s not optional gameplay, I can`t shutdown this "features" and play as ordinary without town-chasing. The camera scalind is horrible, army management is ugliest. It`s the worst game experience at all RTS I`ve ever seen. Even Grey Goo have more flexible gameplay than Rise of Legends. Don't look for classical RTS gameplay at Rise of Legends. This game is the lamely "point-capture tactic", but not classical RTS. It should be completely TBS.
