From the character designs and the narration, to the tactical game play and challenging difficulty, there are few games out there quite like what the Space Bullet Dynamics Corporation has framed for us. You’re not quite at the level of M from the James Bond universe, but this might be as close as you get.
Hired Guns + Commandos + Brazil + Grim Fandango + Thief = PROFIT! Well, if you get over its initially confusing controls along with its mediocre artificial intelligence.

It is a unique concept that was very interesting and had me invested until I had to try to control my squad. That is when the mechanics and controls got in my way. If a person takes their time and plays the game safe, they can get a lot out of Signal Ops Players wanting a unique challenge can have some fun as well, but keep in mind, there are going to be many things that hinder this experience.
The ambition of Signal Ops is admirable, but playing it is like trying to paint your hallway through the mailbox. [Aug 2013, p.73]
Signal Ops tries something unusual, showing a different point of view, but the strategy-game and the first person shooter components don't seem to get along. Due to the clumsy interface, the game's pace is slow and uninspired: a pity, considering atmosphere and setting.
There is definitely an interesting and unique idea underneath the problems which far outweigh everything else.
The ideas seem interesting enough, but in the end it looks, plays, and feels like a game from the mid 90’s; and not one of the the good ones.
Summary In Signal Ops, you guide agents from the relative safety of a control room. Complete daring missions to plant evidence, steal secrets, assassinate targets, and perform sabotage. Take advantage of multiple simultaneous first person views to stealthily evade enemies or get the drop on them.
