    Tales of Arise is so well done with the story, graphics, battle system, music, characters and voice cast that it is a must-play for anyone. Even if you aren’t normally a big fan of role-playing games the story is so compelling there is a lot to love here.

    Tales of Arise is a genuinely exceptional JRPG that does little wrong. The reworked combat mechanics aren't perfect, but in the grand scheme of things that doesn't matter. Its storytelling, character development, visuals, accessibility, and PC version quality have all been produced to world-class standards. Bandai Namco should be proud, and fans should be thrilled.

With its universe and its successful characters, the title delivers a striking adventure that takes advantage of superb environments thanks to a unique graphic rendering. The fights are not left out either since they show great intensity with always more spectacle, sometimes even if it means confusing the action. If we can blame it for his clipping, its talkative side, or its redundant bestiary, we still salute its many qualities which suggest good for the future of the series.

    Tales of Arise is a strong addition to the "Tales of..." series that will surely satisfy those looking for a worthwhile JRPG experience. However, we must point out the timidity shown in not innovating and limiting itself to a standard scenario and a predictable structure. Perhaps that's why people love the series: because they know what to expect. So, if you do too, feel free to invest in Tales of Arise.

    It’s not an absolute slam dunk for the return of the Tales series, but it’s a solidly-crafted JRPG with a great battle system and fabulous environments to adventure through. It’s a shame the dialogue and story don’t match the stellar work done elsewhere, but on the whole it’s still a trip well worth taking.

    La historia personalmente es perfecta se nota que le han puesta cariño, la banda sonora en caja muy bien con los diferentes entornos, combatesLa historia personalmente es perfecta se nota que le han puesta cariño, la banda sonora en caja muy bien con los diferentes entornos, combates y cinemáticas, el sistema de combate en el anterior me parecía muy bueno y en este es mejor, la parte grafica es impresionante, una gran mejora con respecto al anterior, los mapas no se sienten vacíos y son muy dinámicos, no como en otros juegos del mismo genero que las zonas son un copia y pega, la optimización del juego es muy buena, lo jugué con una gtx 1060 3GB y un i7700 con 32GB ram y pude jugar a 60fps con todo al máximo, la única pega que le puedo poner pero que ni la cuento solo la digo por si les interesa, es que si vas a jugar con teclado y raton, el raton va a ir muy lento da igual como le configures los DPI… Expand

    Started feeling kinds grindy near the end, but that just might be my doing. I tend to get hooked into a Tales story and then skip random battles to see the next cutscene and end up underlevelled.    … Expand
