The Bunker is an incredible thriller, well recorded and with a soundtrack that lives up to the expectations. It features a intriguing story that gets better as the player advances in the game. The Bunker achieves its goals.

At worst, it's like you’ve watched a great horror/thriller with a faulty remote by your side. And if you get over that, you’ll enjoy The Bunker. Well, as enjoyable as a post-nuclear holocaust story allows, anyway.

The direction is good, the actors are convincing. The movie experience is intense, but as a game it just never really takes off.

The live-action stuff is atmospheric and well-shot, but The Bunker is let down by poor pacing and staid design. [Dec 2016, p.92]

The Bunker is a well written short film with some good acting. It’s not really a game though, so it ultimately fails to live up to expectations.

The project revives a long forgotten genre of interactive movies. It can surprise with interesting, but unfortunately a linear story, it offers good acting and a very strong atmosphere. Unfortunately, all this does not change the fact The Bunker is boring from the gameplay perspective.

An interesting idea and a great atmosphere is killed by a badly chosen gaming form that simply isn’t consistent with the concept of the film. Ultimately, you cannot play it, or watch. [Issue #268]

PROS: Good ambientation + Some moments of tension + Playing while character is moving is nice

CONS: Very short + A lot of watching and a just a few playing + Visible cursor while playing movie is annoying + No puzzles (except the key code) + The interaction's moments with cursor are uninteresting + The ending

There aren't any puzzles or anything. You have to click somewhere to get the next clip and that's mostly it. There are some quicktime-events where you have to click in a spot within a certain time (just one click, that's all) but those are only challenging if you've dozed off..

It's just not really a game. Is the story any good? Well, it's not bad..I did to want to see the end, which isn't hard because it's friggin' short.

Overall, I finished it.. did I enjoy it? A bit I guess but not as a game.. I prefer to have watched this as a normal video instead of one where I have to click to make it go further.

I sure as hell would not have payed this much for it if I knew this. I should have read the other reviews first.

I dont really get what was the point to make this product in such format. Its either you make low-budget film, or a low-budget game. In both cases there could be a humble success. While for now i just dont understand what for i spent 3 hours of my time and money. Don't recommend at all. Expand
