The controls are easy to use, the interface is informative, and the overall presentation is very good for this genre.
There's too little here that's original and engrossing, there's not enough variety in the obstacles and environments, and the linearity is extremely confining.
The story literally trips along as you solve the puzzles, and there are some fun things to do and a few frights to be had before you reach the end.
The story is weak, the puzzles are weak, and while the graphics are nice, they pale in comparison to some other adventures on the market, like "Schizm" and "Syberia."
There is nothing inherently wrong with Pharaoh's Curse, it's just that it's all, and I do mean all, been done before and I was bored the whole time I was playing.
To put it bluntly, I needed to force myself to play this piece of unpolished drivel. First, the control has the most atrocious interface I have ever had the displeasure to witness.
