Jun 24, 2022Rich gameplay pack with an enjoyable chaos element. It offers many gameplay possibilities and sets up werewolf Sims in an interesting way.

Jul 1, 2022Whether it's the best occult or not is another matter. As a package, Werewolves is a shade above Vampires by 2022 standards – with supporting content like the world and accompanying lore fleshing out the occult beyond the core gameplay. But we'd also argue that a vampire Sim, by itself, has more engaging interactions with other Sims and weaknesses that have greater impact on everyday moments.

Jun 28, 2022This Game Pack introduces werewolves to The Sims 4, and they've honestly done a really good job with this supernatural occult. Werewolves are fun to play as and bring a new challenge to the game. The new world Moonwood Mill is a great place to live if you want to play as a werewolf, and there's plenty of great new clothing and objects as well. Some things could be better, with rampage mode not being as impactful as it could have been, plus you can only really make the most of being a werewolf in Moonwood Mill, but otherwise The Sims 4 Werewolves doesn't disappoint.

Jun 20, 2022The Sims 4 Werewolves includes everything that fans of The Sims’ quirky sense of humor have come to expect with its anthropomorphic styling for the occult state, alongside the inclusion of fun and well-thought-out unlockable abilities and Temperaments that can be used to weave unique stories for your Sims.

Jun 20, 2022With a well-designed progression system and new abilities worth nabbing, it’s a game pack that earns a hearty howl at the moon.

Jun 30, 2022The Sims 4 Werewolf Game Pack introduces some exciting new things to the game, such as the ability to draw on your Sims fur and stamp on designs which gives you endless possibilities for customization. The new lunar cycle which directly affects your werewolf, and the werewolf packs along with the hierarchy are all fun. I enjoyed the way your Sims looks the closer they get to transforming. However, some of the social difficulties from being a werewolf, and the fury and destruction of items in your own home made things more difficult. I can’t see myself making my everyday Sim a werewolf, but this pack is definitely fun to play through at least once or twice!

Jun 20, 2022It would be a lie to say that The Sims 4: Werewolves revolutionizes the gaming experience, but for a simple game pack it is surprisingly interesting. On many points, it is of course reminiscent of The Sims 4: Vampires and even offers more individual and group mechanics. As such, The Sims 4: Werewolves is not just another pack, but a good addition that will allow you to explore many new branches and customize your Sims and their stories even more. If there were not a few balancing concerns and global weariness for all kinds of packs, the Sims 4: Wolves-Garous would have won the title of best game pack.

Jun 29, 2022While my fellow lovers of supernatural storytelling and occult life simulation will get a huge kick out of playing with Werewolves, I doubt it's going to do much to convert those who would rather see The Sims as a slice of life. Fundamentally, this pack doesn't change anything about how occult life states behave in The Sims 4, and they're still going to feel intrusive if you'd rather not have them in your game. But if you are a fan of the weirder side of Sim life, then I have a feeling Werewolves is going to be an essential add-on.
