I love this game. I may not have completed it, chances are I’m going to struggle with a few of the stages for days, weeks and months on end, and I’ve more or less given up even trying to pick up half moon, full moon and full sun rewards, but the overall sense of achievement that The Sun and Moon gives in just the bog standard completion of a stage, is enough of a reason for me to keep playing.
The physics game winner of the Ludum Dare 29 is already on Xbox One with an addictive yet very difficult gameplay. A game made in only 48 hours that you will probably love if you are a fan of games like SuperMeatBoy, with a somewhat annoying difficulty curve. The game has 150 levels that will make you spend hours upon hours of fun with a good balance between quality and price.
An intriguing 2D platformer, with a minimalist look but an innovative gameplay mechanic and lots of challenging levels. A sure bet for any lover of skill-based platforming action.
A good platformer, and puzzlers, need to have a sense of accomplishment, so that when you finally beat that one stage you've been stuck on you feel awesome and want to continue playing. The Sun and Moon does this, but because the levels are inherently so short, you’re moving from being on stuck on one level to the next, especially in the later stages.

Poor art direction and music stop The Sun and Moon from being a great puzzle game.
The Sun and Moon has great mechanics and very creative level design, but the game is hamstrung by a brutal difficulty curve. When the game is so difficult you need to stop playing, it better have something else to back it up like a story; The Sun and Moon doesn't have that.

Summary The Sun and Moon is a platformer with a special mechanic: you can dive into the ground. Momentum is conserved but gravity is reversed, letting you fling yourself high into the air or deep beneath the surface.
