Dec 6, 2020Rich story, high quality soundtrack. Has Alan Wake and Twin Peaks vibes, without the supernatural, but a tad of dream sequences. Some concepts about emotional intelligence.

Mar 24, 2021Dontnod shows a evolution in this game, is short but good. And it not has forced inclusivity hehe

Mar 31, 2021I really liked this game. The characters are well developed, the story is great, game play is engaging. The whole theme of the game is well thought out and interesting. this is a must play for anyone who likes adventure/investigative/psychological/story driven games with character development

Jan 13, 2021Fans of Dontnod's typical mechanics, such as me, will have a good time with this game. It's no Life is Strange, but still a very diverting experience.

Dec 19, 2020The story is really good, graphics in my opinion are ok, but the game is just too short, that's why I gave it a 9. You should try it.

Jul 9, 2021nice story, nice atmosphere, exciting plot, impressive ending. I haven't seen anyone using the mind palace since Sherlock Holmes, but it's beautifully rendered in this game. It's like gold for mystery and detective lovers. It should definitely be played.

Feb 2, 2022I really like it. The story was excellent and straightforward, with choices that changed the outcome: good animations, charterer building, and good game mechanics. This game reminds me a lot about Heavy Rain. It's not too long, about 5 hours of gameplay, give and take on how fast you read and choose to go through the game.
The ending was excellent, and overall a pretty good game.

CD-ActionJul 23, 2021Those who played Life Is Strange will surely feel similar vibes in Dontnod’s latest release. However, this game has even more sluggish pace and although I enjoyed reconstructing events in the mind palace, I was annoyed with the fact that I had to find every single piece of a puzzle even if the solution was already obvious. The story is decent, but some of its potential was wasted and the characters are not as well-written as in Dontnod’s previous games. [02/2021, p.32]

Apr 1, 2021A lackluster detective story which has nothing to hook you with is not what I was expecting from Dontnod Entertainment.

Game World Navigator MagazineFeb 17, 2021In all aspects it’s a run-of-the-mill adventure game, but there’s one thing to be said for it: it’s not a pamphlet. For once, Dontnod stopped talking about politics and focused on making a detective game. [Issue#251, p.58]
