Warhammer: Chaosbane is an absolute treat for fans of the Warhammer universe. If you like dungeon crawlers or Warhammer in general, you should definitely pick this up – especially if you don't have a phone. Be sure to check out the full review above for an exciting look at Warhammer: Chaosbane, which should absolutely be on your radar when it comes to Game of the Year considerations later in 2019.

Progression is a bit slower than similar games on the market but that is not necessarily a bad thing.

It doesn’t really introduce anything new to the genre, yet Warhammer: Chaosbane is a nice hack & slash ARPG with a deep and engaging endgame.

The mission design and story can grate at times, but this is a devilishly fun homage to Diablo 3 and Warhammer Fantasy you’ll want to get your friends in on.

A great foundation that is mechanically sound and will delight in the early hours. Stick around too long, however, and Chaosbane reveals a dearth of classes, enemies and environments. Also a weak endgame.

A generic ARPG that offers little fun and greatly under uses the Warhammer license.

In Warhammer: Chaosbane, there is only dull combat. Use two or three favorite abilities to kill hordes of same-looking enemies, marvel at bad animations and identical corridors, and try not to lose your mind. Even cooperative mode, which usually makes everything better, is a boring chore.

If i rank tier1 (diablo, path of exile and lost arc), and tier 2 (titan quest grim down, wolcen last epoch or torchight) this is the best from tier 2 games. its remind me grim down but deeper, its better than torchlight at the end game or last epoch or wolcen that both short. it is amazing deep game with endless end game hardcore game play. the classes the graphics the movement and the game operation makes this game a jewel. the skills system is better than diablo 3 with god skill tree that remind me path of exile. its the best game value for money since i pay 12 euros for all contest. i strongly recommend it. i play at steam and has multiplay or coop online. i dont understand the bad reviews! because of the bad reviews i didnt pay attention the last years but i can tell you are false reviews at least at 2021. Expand

Save yourself the money. Go hit a new season of Diablo 3 or PoE for free. This game is not worth your money as it stands.

And, brother, they do try in this game.

It's one of THE MOST repetitive games i have ever played in my entire life (and i've played PONG, man). I mean, grind games are repetitive, you grind. But this game takes it to another level: it's basically 4 acts/chapters that work EXACTLY the same. Chaos champion messing region around, you need to help the leader of the locals by gathering supplies, rescuing prisoners/hunting parties, doing 2 or 3 missions to "weaken" the said champion - story-wise -, then face a big boss with 3 life bars and 3 attacks, that keeps summoning minions and recovering health from the second bar onwards.

I kid you not, if you are daltonic, you won't see a difference between the entire game, for all that changes are the main colors for the monsters (green, red, purple and blue). Some monsters have some slightly different design, but they all work the same.

I am most impressed with Gears Workshop, to let these kinds of games to be released without a quality control to reflect the warhammer brand whatsoever. They just go with the cash-grab flow, it's so disappointing, especially with great settings that are warhammer fantasy and 40k (Inquisitor Martyr, i'm looking at you).

For real, i played this game FOR FREE (imagine paying the full rip-off price) in a friends account, to check it out, up to the 4th Act, and it wasn't worth my time. And i'm a big warhammer fan, still waiting for another game as good as the first Dawn of War (and expansions).

I don't think this game would truly please neither warhammer fans, nor ARPG players, giving no more than that "well, better than nothing" feel. And that wasn't even the case for me, what a complete waste of my time...

Um caça níquel, porque você paga por um jogo que nunca mais receberá atualizações, está completamente abandonado, falta QOL em tudo!
