    Much as was the case with World of Tanks, World of Warships does a lot of things really well. Its gameplay is easy to get into but allows for a fair amount of depth in how you approach each battle

    World of Warships is fun, engaging and simple (at the beginning). The various classes offer different type of gameplay and sinking other ships feels really good. But if your team is bad there is nothing you can do.

    Ultimately, the excitement that comes from commanding powerful ships during explosive battles on the high seas overshadows these faults. The thrills that await, along with the promise of unlocking advanced ships down the road, make World of Warships an enticing expedition into the sometimes turbulent waters of free-to-play games.

    A good and tactical free to play game, that intelligently mixes its mechanics in slow paced but tense and fun matches on the sea. It's probably the best of the World of War series from a gameplay standpoint, and the variety of ships changes the approach of the player in impressive ways. Might be a bit low on content compared to Tanks, but it won't be long till more stuff gets added.

    This new installment from Wargaming is a breath of fresh air. The gameplay may seem slow for newcomers, but in the end you will likely sink hours into this game without even realising it.

    World of Warships starts out well. The game is fast, it looks good, and it’s fun. Progress soon comes to a crawl, however, and the repetitive grinding, off-set only by a convoluted Free-to-Play system, dampens the experience in ways that the superb graphics and quick multiplayer matchmaking do little to offset.

    Perhaps one of the few games that fascinated me for a long time. Earned skills play a major role in achievements of the world of warships.

    I play regularly, and with undiminished interest. The game is simply gorgeous, addictive, everything is done at the highest level! High!!

    Just look at this graphic! The game is great, it does not slow down, it does not throw you to the desktop. I recommend.

    Good game. Its like a shooter, but you will also have to worry about positioning your ship and steering it. Ships are not as easy to controlGood game.     Its incredibly grindy, especially if your shooting skills are poor. You will find yourself unable to progress.

    The seas and explosions are solid.

The grind reminds me of WoT so turned me off pretty damn fast so after this time just uninstalled.

    Great for people that have nothing else to do but grind, but this is EXTREMELY repetitive with the same maps, same ships etc. And just progression is SO SO ever so slow.

    A lot better free to play games out there. Not a fan of wargammings grind in general, hoped this would be different, it is not.    … Expand

    This used to be a fun game, then they decided to completely change the way carriers work. The changes they made affected every ship and made the carrier godlike, with no counter. Destroyers will get vapourized before even leaving spawn now as they massively increased plane speed and added rocket planes, which cannot be dodged. Now the carriers are basically untouchable, they have all the toys and no counter. They released the patch even though the vast majority of the testers and community contributors said it was a bad change that didn't work. Since then they have refused to listen. Went from being a 10/10 in my book to a 0/10 with one patch.… Expand
