Ratatouille is a delicious slice of platforming goodness that has exceeded all expectations and sets a new benchmark for game conversions of children's films.
  2. Ratatouille does a lot of things right.
  3. Rent it for quick fun; buy it for the lasting replay value.

While the levels themselves vary greatly in design, the texture work is unanimously blurry, which is the biggest disappointment.
  5. Ratatouille is a sufficient, if unfulfilling, platformer.

Perfectly acceptable but largely uninspiring portion or generic platforming. [Dec 2007, p.99]
  7. Pretty uninspiring stuff, but I guess if you’re a parent looking for a (relatively) harmless game to pick up for a small child it might do the trick. I’d like to think your kids deserve better.

You play as Remy the rat as he experiences the visceral horrors of Vietnam. The explosions and gore are hyper-realistic for PS2 graphics, and the branching, 100-hour story mode keeps you enthralled. Mowing down Viet Cong with an M-14 is truly satisfying. The online multiplayer rivals that of all-time classics Garfield Kart and Superman 64. Multiplayer modes include Team Deathmatch, Assault on Linguini, and point capture. A wonderful package that has a ton of gameplay to offer. Expand

The minigames are a bit boring and too simple but the minigames from the story mode for example; The cooking minigame, from the "little chief kitchen" level represented the game to correct itself to the movie in order the game to make sense but more content from the game that didn't make it to the movie like extra NPC characters and the market level that didn't made it into the movie but came from the concept art from the movie. The platforming is a bit simple but enjoyable including the dream worlds that are very creative with additional platforming with food objects from Remy's dream. This game is recommended because its enjoyable and make the story make a little sense but with a lot of content to what the movie doesn't have. Expand

No es el juego más innovador y divertido de la historia pero es entretenido para jugar un rato.
