  1. Despite a variety of shortcomings, MetropolisMania 2 is a fun and oddly addictive city sim that walks the fine line between being eccentric and outright bizarre.

While Metropolismania 2 tries to blend elements from Animal Crossing and Sim City, it is poorly executed. The game feels like a chore, gets repetitive and frustrating, and won’t maintain your interest for long.
  3. Metropolismania 2 is an often-charming and well put-together simulation, but the severe lack of depth, virtually non-existent technical appeal, exaggerated simplicity of the building process, and generally boring (and even tediously repetitive) structure kills any chance the game may have had.
  4. 21
We know we've been comically brutal to this game, but we simply wish to convey an irrevocable point: do not play it.

But now there's character customization, ability to replay levels and more. Not bad. Expand
