Apr 10, 2013Provides co-op fun in its purest form. But the game not only scores with its fantastic co-op mode, but also with the variety of playable weapons, the sound and its thrilling atmosphere. The only minor disappointment comes from its visual realization, which appears a little bit antiquated. Nevertheless this is another superb entry in the Army of Two franchise.

Apr 1, 2013Surprisingly fun, this Army of Two is likely to go unnoticed because of all the games launched these weeks. However, it delivers what it promises: loads of fun.
-
Apr 8, 2013Army of Two: The Devil's Cartel is a worthy addition to the Army of Two franchise. Third person shooter fans will feel right at home here and as a fan of the series I enjoyed the story. There are some issues with the game and it lacks replay ability other than to unlock more gear or playing on higher difficulty settings. The Devil's Cartel is a solid shooter with some key differences from most other shooters on the market.
-
Apr 3, 2013Comfortably familiar game-play contrasts against badly written and possibly fan-upsetting story. A bit too buggy and repetitive and loses much of its charm when playing without a human partner. Sadly, the best parts by far are the mask-painting tool and the possibility to play it with a friend.
-
Apr 15, 2013A decent action game that entertains for the moment. There are mechanics that encourage cooperation, but other than that there's not much to praise as characters, level design and AI (amongst others) are sub par.
-
Mar 30, 2013The elements that made its predecessors interesting have been all but destroyed, making Army of Two: The Devil's Cartel a functional shooter but little more.
-
Apr 1, 2013We'd have hoped that if a third iteration in the series was done, it was with the overall goal of surpassing the quality of the two average previous games. But the Devil's Cartel ends-up being a sub-par TPS, bugged, limited, uninspired and even lazy in its game design.
