    Battlefield: Bad Company 2 is as complete a package as you could ever ask for. Multiplayer-heavy titles can be a fickle beast, but we’re pretty sure we’ll be playing this one for quite some time to come.

    There's no denying the appeal of Bad Company 2's multiplayer. DICE is still expertly nailing down what it pioneered all the way back in 2002, and the experience remains far from stale. However, poor design in the single-player makes for a campaign that's not only lacklustre throughout, but cripplingly buggy at times as well.

    An incredible game to say the least. The Single Player Campaign is the best in its class and the Multiplayer has some of those epicAn incredible game to say the least. And, the way that you can customize your 'classes' in a multiplayer game is much better than those of Call of Duty. It is definitely a better game than the first Bad Company and is worth the purchase. I could not disagree more with JohnD, as if one side has something such as a helicopter it can get frustrating getting killed over and over but it puts you into a hard situation that YOU have to deal with. Also, if you level up or unlock something in-game you get to change and use it, in-game. For a basic summary, best in it's class and I have played EVERY Battlefield game to date. The Bad Company series is set in modern era.

    Price - 10/10 - A digital copy on the Playstation store is $10 and on Amazon the game is $20. However, if you want the best deal, you should buy it from Gamestop for $3-$5.

    DLC - 10/10 - The only DLC for this game is the Vietnam DLC, however, with the low player population, I'd recommend you not buy the DLC if you play on PS3.

    Microtransactions - 10/10 - there are no microtransactions!

    Graphics - 8/10 - Not Crysis good, but excellent for the time this game was released.

    Singleplayer - 10/10 - I had lots of fun playing the singleplayer campaign, nothing to complain about.

    Multiplayer - 7/10 - When you get a populated match, this is one of the best Battlefield games, but, this game's multiplayer is not populated very often and usually I only run into 2v2 matches (and you will have trouble finding matches for anything other than Rush and Conquest), but during it's peak you can run into 8v8 matches and have some fun.

    Overall: 9/10 - Excellent game, the player population isn't very good and I don't see this game going for much longer, so be sure to enjoy it while people still play. For $3 this game is fantastic.    … Expand

Bad company 2 has the best multiplayer experience out there, with great vehicles, game modes and weapons. Maps are very good and are suited to people who like to snipe or run and gun. The Single Player is enjoyable although not mindblowing and the multiplayer is fun and engaging. Micro and macro-destruction is fully workable and a lot of fun. The best part about it, if you put it in relation with BF3 is that bugs got fixed and the game wasn't nearly as broken as that title. Comparing it to Warfighter, a later release using the same graphics engine code (although newer and shinier) BC2 blows it out of the water. It's more fun, it's graphics aren't as strange (even though BC2 is a older game) and every other aspect of the game is more thought out and implemented well. All in all, it's still worth picking up a old copy of BC2 today. Do it!… Expand
