  1. FIFA Street 3 is about taking all the superficial and superfluous things about modern day football – from the overhead kicks to the pop-culture that surrounds the beautiful game in the 21 st century – and placing them centre stage.
  2. It looks and plays nicely, but we prefer "NBA Homecourt" because it has more depth. Still, it's a welcome change from "PES." [Mar 2008, p.68]
  3. With the graphics firmly in place, and the gameplay simplified, this is a game that really should build the foundation for a major step into the limelight. FIFA Street 3 is fine, but lacks a robust variety of game modes, and thus suffers for it.
  4. FIFA Street 3 has plenty of style but not quite enough substance to justify the price of admission.

The mechanics are too loose to feel properly competitive in the style of a traditional footy game, which can get especially frustrating when you're defending. [Mar 2008, p.100]

Flamboyant fun, but doesn't feel like you're playing real football. [Mar 2008, p.103]
  7. This series would benefit greatly from a re-imagining.

Great graphics and gameplay, but there simply isn't the depth in the challenge mode, and no real career type mode.

After FIFA Street 1 and 2 who were amazing, EA comes out the 3rd edition. Yeah, we will play street football matchs again ! But this time, theAfter FIFA Street 1 and 2 who were amazing, EA comes out the 3rd edition. Yeah, we will play street football matchs again ! But this time, the players are modeled as in cartoons, very weird idea.

But the most annoying thing is the fact that the gameplay is too much arcade and exaggerated : players can take the ball and run on walls like spiders, do somersault whenever they like, and without considering their skills.

Oh, I forgot : There is no career mode in FS3 (named "Rule The Street" in the previous opus).
So, this game is fun when you want to start a match with your friends. But it doesn't go any further.
    Too bad
