  1. Joker’s Wild taught a lot of lessons, but mostly, it’s shown that it is worth it to experience all of things live in real time, rather than joining in after the fact. Something big is coming, and Season of the Drifter began paving the way for the future.

With the two new end gameJokers wild is a great content drop part of the annual pass that personally rejuvenated my interest in Destiny 2. With the two new end game modes: Reckoning (horde mode with objectives) and Gambit Prime, the improved, fairer and in my opinion more fun version of the original Gambit mode; results in this game having a better weekly game play loop. The story and lore is also one of the best drops we've got, making the Drifter the most interesting character in the series with fun and engaging quests and cut scenes. Just really great content Expand

Do you like Gambit? I hope so because this season of the annual pass is mainly Gambit based. From the introduction of Gambit Prime, TheDo you like Gambit? I hope so because this season of the annual pass is mainly Gambit based. From the introduction of Gambit Prime, The Reckoning and various Gambit related gear it’s all here. I’m personally am not a fan of Gambit, the hybrid crossover that felt to me unfair to many players. Though this season had major focus of Gambit it did make for a neat introduction for some other things.

The introduction to the loyalty questline has me wanting more of the story. The introduction of Invitations of The Nine was an excellent unforeseeable inclusion. And bringing back a fan favourite weapon in Thorn was definitely welcomed.

While it was good to see some nice additions, the overall focus on Gambit was what let this down for me. A nice update to Gambit but too much focus on it.

Another god awful paid update from the creators of Destiny.

In Destiny 1 this would be something that the players got for free.

In fact they added a whole new mode for Prison of Elders for free to the players in D1, included in the price of The Taken King.

This just highlights even more how lazy, incompetent, uncaring, and greedy this company has become.

There is no improvement in the matchmaking from The Black Armory as people are still being put in matches alone or matches that are just starting to end, with no hopes of getting a successful completion in activities.

Some people spend weeks at a time just trying to get a single piece of the armor needed to upgrade their synthesizers, and then start the whole process over with next set or next tier of said sets.

On Top of all this, the company itself has seemingly gone back to it's old ways of ignoring the players and having a "I know what is best attitude" and refusing to acknowledge any of their complaints from months prior since the release of the Forsaken DLC.

Once again, I urge people to not purchase anything from these devs, they have become extremely lazy and complacent with 0 quality control in mind.

I decided to go back and play some of destiny 2 to see if it had gotten better from the Activision split. Got my answer pretty fast. Nope.
