    A fine first entry of the franchise on the current console generation with great potential, though some technical mistakes, strange AI and a lack of modes keep it from receiving a higher score.

    One step forward and two steps back. The handling model and the graphics at last received a necessary overhaul, but the game presents itself stripped of career and alternative modes, slightly bugged and still missing a convincing collision system. It will still please fans of the saga who don't care about progression, but for the full package we'll probably have to wait until next year.

    Not only Codemasters finally managed to release the game in the first half of the F1 season, and not when it ends, but the game itself has such a good driving model and is so fluent that it blows previous console editions out of the water. On the other hand, unfortunately, F1 2015’s content is very modest, with lack of a career mode being the biggest letdown. [09/2015, p.62]

    F1 2015 mimics the 2015 season in every aspect, unfortunately that includes the bad ones, too.

    Robust driving model, game content senselessly cut-off and barely average graphics make F1 2015 a particularly bitter pill. Shall we slap ourselves for hoping again? For the bold price you will get a bold disappointment, as they promised us the moon before. There is no reasonable excuse for this.

Single player is very enjoyable. Multiplayer works fine. Yes, it does not have a career mode like ealier F1 titles but I never found them immersive enough to care. I have both Project Cars and F1 2015 and I really liked Project Cars but I can't go back. F1 2015 is just a more enjoyable pure racing experience. It has some problems and missing features (no safety car, for example); you can't change your race strategy at the start but you can during the race. Watch youtube career mode by Noble and you will really appreciate the game for many things it gets right.… Expand

    When it works, F1 2015 is immensely fun and satisfying to the point of addiction.     I'm always trying to see the brighter side also and this game has it. What I love most is the most intelligent AI than there has ever been in racing genre. Also dynamic weather is working well and power differences between constructors are also very realistic.    … Expand

Had this game preordered for some time, I didn't expect much especially when the release was delayed. However the game plays very well, the graphics are good and frame rate stable at around 60fps. Despite the lack of game modes the main features of F1 racing are there, although the lack of safety car is inexplicable. I bought the game mainly for online play with friends and it does provide a great deal of fun, even if all the bugs aren't fixed yet. You can tell the game was rushed to be published, but the enjoyment is still there and with a few updates I think I would recommend the game.… Expand
