    I wasn’t sure if I was going to buy this, but I’m glad I did. Most important- this game is FUN! It’s much more lighthearted than Ubisoft’s AC games. The graphics are great- on the PS4 Pro. The combat is fun. The bosses are challenging. The puzzles are fun- but there’s a lot of them. Hints for the game- definitely max out your health bars and potions to be able to beat the final boss. GetI wasn’t sure if I was going to buy this, but I’m glad I did. Most important- this game is FUN! It’s much more lighthearted than Ubisoft’s AC games. The graphics are great- on the PS4 Pro. The combat is fun. The bosses are challenging. The puzzles are fun- but there’s a lot of them. Hints for the game- definitely max out your health bars and potions to be able to beat the final boss. Get the god skill to control the speed of Apollo’s arrow- it will be helpful toward the end of the game. Of course also level up your stamina. Also get a horse early on for speed of travel. The game isn’t overly long at about 23.5 hours, and the map isn’t too large to be cumbersome. Overall a very good & fun game that I’d recommend!… Expand

    A delightful game with a dead world. Well, or rather, not quite dead - there are mobs there. But there are no living interlocutors. There are no settlements and megalopolises, but you forget about this when traveling across the vast world.
    Great puzzles, a good combat system and a HUGE THANKS - no crafting! You just collect a few basic resources and enjoy the game.

    I am playing this game with my son and from my perspective it's a good game, he loves it. It's a typical open world action RPG. Both combat and puzzels are good, but quite easy to win/solve - all though satisfying. The graphics look very good on a PS4 pro with 4k and HDR. The story so far (about 10hrs) is entertaining and we have never been bored :) Great game to play with kids is myI am playing this game with my son and from my perspective it's a good game, he loves it.     Upon first glance, you might dismiss Immortals Fenyx Rising as a bland, standard Ubisoft open world game. But looks can be deceiving. I'm happy to say that it instead is a fun, satisfying and all-round solid adventure that’s well worth your time. What it does borrow from other games, it implements them so well it doesn't feel like a knock-off at all.     THIS GAME IS AWESOME!!! So fun and the graphics are top notch! On the PSPro this game looks next generation and the silly, stupid story just works so well. Fighting is great and the combo's can deal some serious fast damage once you upgrade the right attacks. Don't listen regarding the "cut and paste" comments this is Zelda on PS and it is similar to AC.....it is completely it's own gameTHIS GAME IS AWESOME!!! So fun and the graphics are top notch!     This horribly titled game is very fun to play. The setting makes for an interesting spin on the open-world genre and I appreciate the amount of variety of stuff to do. Most of the puzzles are simple, but very satisfying to solve. The amount of precision gameplay required to solve some of the harder challenges is a bit disappointing considering the approach to accessibility throughout mostThis horribly titled game is very fun to play. The setting makes for an interesting spin on the open-world genre and I appreciate the amount of variety of stuff to do. Most of the puzzles are simple, but very satisfying to solve. The amount of precision gameplay required to solve some of the harder challenges is a bit disappointing considering the approach to accessibility throughout most of the game. You can make the combat easier and turn on clues for some puzzles. The look of the game is gorgeous and a breath of fresh air considering how dark and dire most open world games can be. The story sucks, the premise of playing with Greek mythology is largely wasted because of adherence to cliches and simplified characters. Greek mythology has a lot of layers that allows for interpretation, this game dumbs it down to a very basic and literal understanding. The dialogue is downright cringey most of the time; it's aimed towards a younger audience but isn't playful enough to be engaging and isn't real enough to be believable. I really dislike that they made Aphrodite a ditzy blonde, it's so insulting. Actually overall, the game has a pretty high level of sexism in the dialogue, though they try to disguise it as humor. So yeah. Fun to play tho.… Expand

    I absolutely loved this game - solid combat, exploration of vast areas and a good story that doesn't take itself too seriously. There's many hours of gameplay here so you'll definitely get your money's worth. One of the best releases of 2020

    I had the big N console with zelda on it before i switched;) to ps4 and then ps5. I legit enjoyed this game more then the green elf one more. Maybe something wrong with me? No sure, but this game actually good and fun. Very stupid name tho

    A really enjoyable game that I’ve spent about 20 hours in so far and have no idea where the time has gone. Only down side is sometimes the controls are a bit unresponsive and some of the puzzles are a pain.

    It's like Assassin's Creed meets Saints Row but in a PG environment. The dialog is pretty hilarious so far and I'm digging the freedom to just roam around and do as I pleas. E. If you liked Assassin's Creed Odyssey, you'll love this game.

    Credit where credit is due. Ubisoft made a good game with Immortals: Fenyx Rising. I never thought I'd have to say that about an Ubisoft game again but this game is actually quite good.

    The combat is a blast. The exploration is fun. The story is corny and lighthearted but I enjoy that sort of humor. (It may be annoying to some.)     Ну, что можно сказать? Игра, это такая смесь TLoZ: Breath of the Wild, AC Origins и Prince of Persia 2008. Поэтому сравнивать буду именно с этими играми.

    История рассказанная в игре звёзд с неба не хватает, но она вполне интересная, целостная и самое главное не надоедает до самого конца. Кажется, вот уже всё, интересное позади, а нет игра снова подкидывает интересный поворот. Может это спойлер, но когда в конце тебе говорят, что впереди последний босс и войдя возврата не будет, обычно это означает последний бой и конец, но и тут нет. Впереди меня ждали ещё несколько часов увлекательного геймплея.
    Теперь о прокачке. И она мне понравилась больше чем в той же Zelda. Не мудрёная, но и не такая плоская как в BotW. Качаться не перестаёшь до самого окончания игры. Кстати по миру можно бродить и после окончания сюжета.
    Боёвка же, досталась скорее от Ассасина. Удар быстрый, мощный, блок, отскок и супер удары (в игре это дары богов) которых здесь много. Да ещё о сложности. Она здесь просто невероятная, если ставить выше среднего.
    Игра обширна, хотя карта не сильно велика в ней не заскучаешь. И при том на харде игра занимает какие то смешные 6 ГБт!
    Очень порадовали "подземелья тартара", это такие головоломки как святилища в Зельде. Но в отличие от последней они какие то невероятно огромные и при том все разные. Вообще загадок в игре уйма, даже взять большинство сундуков это загадка.
    Теперь об атмосфере. Как я говорил она мне напомнила Принца 2008 года. Такая красивая сказка из которой не хочется выходить.
    Есть один недостаток, ну лично для меня, не очень большая разновидность рядовых противников. Да есть боссы их достаточно они все размещены по сюжетным локациям. Но вот супер противники на поверхности это, по сути, те же монстры которые ходят неподалёку, только со огромной шкалой здоровья и именем собственным.
    Некоторые рецензии построены на опыте в игре менее 20 часов! Чушь! У меня ушло на более менее полное прохождение больше 65 часов и это я ещё не прошел все подземелья и сундуки!
    Советую всем. Попадите в сказку смешных греческих богов. Отдохните от ужасов реального мира.    … Expand

    It’s Breath of the Wild meets Greek myth with an Aesthetic inspired by Studio Gibli and emotional    Immortals Fenyx Rising is hands down the most pure, joyful FUN I have had with a video game in 2020, and maybe 2019 as well. Don’t get me wrong, I’ve played some great games in that span—some with tighter combat mechanics or a better story or deeper characters—but none that was more fun.

    It’s Breath of the Wild meets Greek myth with an Aesthetic inspired by Studio Gibli and emotional undertones of an animated Disney film. The game is absolutely gorgeous. This is the kind of game where you want to walk/fly around just to feast your eyes. The music is, for the most part, pretty great too. It’s a joy just to be in this world, full monsters and myths and challenges and puzzles (so many puzzles—seriously, this game is a real puzzler). And after the prologue, it’s fully open, meaning you can play any way you want to. If you love the arrow challenges and fresco puzzles but hate the constellation puzzles, you can usually do what you like and skip what you don’t. What the world lacks up in size it makes up in density: around just about every corner is puzzle hiding some kind of reward, and you can engage that puzzle or not, for as long as you want. Or you can just go fight some monsters, or climb a mountain, fight an optional boss, collect power-up items and gear to strengthen your character, learn new godly powers… and maybe at some point proceed with the story.

    The story is not the game’s strong point, and I don’t think it’s meant to be. After the prologue, I played for about 20 hours just exploring and having fun before I finally got back to the next main story quest. And I took lots of breaks from the main story after that too. I can’t help but feel that the game is meant to be paced this way. I played 70 hours total and finished with dozens of vaults and challenges still left incomplete. If you’re just rushing through the main story, you’re missing the game, IMHO.

    Not that the main story is bad, exactly: Typhon, a Titan, is trying to take down the Greek Gods and you, the unlikely hero Fenyx, need to help restore some of them to power. It’s all kind of goofy and silly, sometimes genuinely funny, sometimes kind of cringey. The Gods themselves are larger than life, often oafish, and the game really emphasizes the way they all function as an extremely dysfunctional family. Fenyx, meanwhile, has a heart of gold. The occasional moment of mean-spirited humor aside, the story overall has the kind of relentless emotional earnestness that makes Disney movies a household name. Immortals Fenyx Rising lite fare as stories and characters go … but lite fare enables the overall tone of light-heartedness that pervades the game and adds to its joy.

    There was only one big letdown for me, and that was the game’s final five hours or so. The game teases you with what looks like a giant mountain area that you can’t access until later on. Because the rest of the game was constituted by such excellent open world design, it’s easy to assume this final area will be a similar garden of treasures. Not so. It turns out the final area is a linear path with only one “right” way to go, and several mandatory puzzles. It has secrets and off-shoots along the way, but at the end of the day, there is only one way to climb that mountain. This marks a radical shift in game design that feels like a betrayal of everything that came before. Slogging up that mountain was not super-fun, and made the final vault, with its final round of mandatory puzzles, feel like more of a grind than it would have otherwise.

    But the frustration of the linear endgame ultimately was not enough to tarnish the joy that this game brought me. I LOVED Immortals Fenyx Rising. Getting to sink into this world for a week after all the hardships of 2020 seriously felt like therapy for me. Like, I’m a better, happier person because of this game. And that is not something I say often. Thank you, Ubisoft, for giving us this gem.    … Expand

    Wow. Just wow. I never expected this game to be as good as it has been. The story telling is amazing for a Ubisoft game and the map is nicely sized. The combat is great and the puzzles are non-repetitive. I’m loving the time I’ve been putting in with this game and I urge more of you guys to do the same. If you loved Breath of The Wild, you’ll love this too.

    It is totally not BOTW. Some mechanics are inspired by BOTW but it is more like an AC type game. Combat system is even better than AC imo. Should give it a try.

    Super jeu, très beau, dans un univers sur la mythologie grecque cohérent. Les musiques sont en outre très jolies. Lorsque l'on quitte le jeu, on n'a qu'une envie : y retourner. Et c'est tout ce qu'on attend d'un jeu vidéo réussi !

    This game is a gem! Don't listen, read bad reviews because those are ppl that played maybe demo or seen others playing. You have to experience this. And if you have kids, u start to appreciate these light-hearted games. The story is so cute and amazing, the pacing is great, graphics are awesome. This is a really relaxing game and worth it! Can't wait for the expansions!!!

    Breath of the Wild is my all time favorite game so it only makes sense that I would enjoy Immortals. The world and art design is beautiful! The humor is a plus and I love the way the combat feels to me. The only downside for me is that the story didn’t pull me in like Breath of the Wild and it’s hard not to compare these two games side by side being there is so much similarity. I thinkBreath of the Wild is my all time favorite game so it only makes sense that I would enjoy Immortals. The world and art design is beautiful!     Clone to breath of the wild but good clone with tragic optimization that not once crash the game and 2 times I've got a game breaking glitch that forced me to load previous save, so i suggest you to save game manually sometimes.

    This game is absolutely beautiful with the scenery as well as having a very funny aspect to it. I would definitely recommend to anyone who is in love with Greek mythology role playing. Haven’t stopped playing it yet, my favorite game of the year for sure

    I love this game. Reminds me of Zelda. Played it on the switch originally and now ps4. It’s very aesthetic and I love the open world. Very playable and quite cheap now too. Well worth the money.

    Fenyx Rising is surprisingly good, bought the Shadowmaster edition brand-new at $30, and it was worth it. Did not expect the game to offer an open world that is immersive and fun to play for days. The bright colorful 3D world was just beautiful, characters are interesting and the witty banters are entertaining. There are enough variety of skills, quests, sub-quests and challenges toFenyx Rising is surprisingly good, bought the Shadowmaster edition brand-new at $30, and it was worth it. Did not expect the game to offer an open world that is immersive and fun to play for days. The bright colorful 3D world was just beautiful, characters are interesting and the witty banters are entertaining. There are enough variety of skills, quests, sub-quests and challenges to keep the player's attention. The voice dubbing are superb and reflect the personality of each character, except Hermes who was quite annoying. The best parts of the game are exploration by using wings to glide or by riding variety of mounts, and solving puzzles that offer enough challenge and stimulate the player to think, and not just bash through the game. The loading times are also smooth and almost non-existent, except for the initial game loading. On the negative, the time-challenges need incredible patience and can be frustrating at times. There are also quite a few variety of monsters and bosses, that are mostly re-used by using different color sprites. There are micro-transactions built in the game that are obviously meant to cash-grab, but thankfully Ubisoft limited the micro-transactions to visual changes that do not affect the game play. Overall, Fenyx Rising is a super-fun game that offer the player an entertaining and immersive adventure into a colorful world of Greek mythology that is worth playing.… Expand

    Zelda meets AC Odyssey blah blah blah. I liked this game a lot. More than I thought I would. Good amount of content without crushing you with Ubisoft open world bloat, although I eased off completing optional content in the back half of the game. I liked the combat and puzzles mix. Given my tastes, I enjoyed the Greek mythology setting, and I didn't even mind the tongue-in-cheek presentation.

    Immortals Fenyx Rising is one of the best adventures of the year, with one of the most beautiful and spectacular open worlds of the last decade, earning a place on the podium of the genre. The exploration is organic, the map is packed with activities to do, the skill tree is vast and truly useful, and the combat is some of the best I've seen in the genre.
