Senran Kagura: Peach Beach Splash is arguably the best game in the series so far. With it's fast paced, movement focused gameplay and the wealth of content available to a player you will find something to keep you entertained. It isn’t a perfect game and of course it is not going to be for everyone but for those who are looking for a fun and addictive shooter look no further then Senran Kagura: Peach Beach Splash.
Senran Kagura Peach Beach Splash has exceeded all my expectations and is my favourite Senran Kagura game by far.

Hands down the best game of 2017. No other game comes close to this level of perfection. You can't pass this one up, as it is a masterpiece among the shooter genre. Best shooter the 2010s hands down.

For those looking for some (not so) clean fun in the sun, Senran Kagura: Peach Beach Splash gives the series a reason to return the beach and wish this summer vacation would never end. It's an enjoyable shooter, as long as you don't expect it to be a serious one.
Senran Kagura Peach Beach Splash is nice and fun, with a sexual overtone that provides identity to the game but also gets in the way of the gameplay mechanics. It is clear that the game is aiming for a very specific audience but it could have achieved much more with a bit of moderation.
Despite its altered gameplay and occasional flaws, Senran Kagura: Peach Beach Splash still offers more than enough fun and fanservice to keep longtime fans happy.
Senran Kagura: Peach Beach Splash works as a third-person shooter, and the card system adds some variety. It has a variety of single-player modes that could be fun if the enemy AI were any good. However, the lack of an online audience kills much of the potential, and the title can only be recommended to die-hard series fans or those who have friends who have purchased the game and can meet up for online matches.
I pretty much dreaded returning to this game for review after the first go, but I still persisted. The theme of wet t-shirts, water guns, and silly antics is something that I could overlook regardless of how much it just made me uncomfortable at times, but the core gameplay mechanics here just didn’t do it for me. Who could I recommend this game to then? Players that are fans of the storyline and banter between the girls, and the overall visual design of the game might be pleased, but anyone looking for anything past the busting babes or wet shirts are bound to be disappointed.
Funny and light hearted, this game delivers in every way required. A.I sometimes seems to be able to hit you before you can see them and it is very heavy in the area of micro transactions however I never felt forced to buy and I feel I got every bit of my money worth. If they make another PBS I’ll definitely be buying it.

Short story is this is a game for senran kagura fans or those who demand fan service, the tps gameplay while functional is somewhat lacking depth, but there is alot of length to the game in terms of unlockables to oogle at (literally) and while not a graphically demanding game it really screams ANIME and as such you can't help but smile at how bright and colorful it is, that said the fan service is a main part of the game so if if you want a deep game with a hard hitting story look elsewhere, if you want mindless fun this works just fine, just be aware you may need to per-arrange for online as there are very few players to play with (while this review is late this is what my thoughts were back at launch after 100% collectables, very under populated) which is a shame as the mp modes would be great to spend time with

Estival Versus is one of the best fanservice games I've experienced. Peach Beach Splash just seems like DLC for Estival Versus.
First of all, the fanservice. It's basically the exact same (actually slightly worse) than Estival Versus. All of the same girls and same outfits. There's just one new plain bikini (which you can see on the game cover and in all of the artwork). The girl animations are basically the same and you get the same model viewer where you manually pose the girls.
This being a water-themed game, I expected more swimsuits than just one. To get some variety, I ended up putting most of the girls into their clothes from the previous game. Those actually work better, because they tear based on how much damage you've taken. And what does the bikini do when you take damage? nothing. The straps don't come undone, the bottom doesn't get loose. nothing.
Although there is one mechanic where if you defeat a girl, you enter a special mode where you can shoot off her top or bottom. That only works with the default bikini. And what's strange is that if you put the girl in different clothes, she'll automatically switch back to the default bikini mid-battle just so you can complete that mode. They really should have done something like this that worked with all of the costumes. The related mechanic in Estival Versus worked much better.
And the character models. Their upper-halves seem okay if you like giant anime breasts. I don't and am in this for their bottom halves. The character models seem identical to Estival Versus: they've got wide and flat rear-ends with an unrealistic butt-crack. It looks great straight on, but from the side, it doesn't look like a girl's rear end. This is mitigated somewhat in Estival Versus as the girls' default outfits normally included a skirt. But with bikinis, their rears are constantly visible and I can't help but notice the issues with their rear-end modeling.
And unfortunately there's even less to unlock as far as clothes go. Estival Versus at least had a system where you had to unlock the majority of the panties. This game has nothing like that and you'll easily have everything unlocked by the time you complete story mode. The only thing left to unlock are weapon upgrades, which you'll be grinding for for many hours if you want to beat the hardest difficulties.
Okay, on to the rest of the game. Estival versus is surprisingly fun to play with lots of variety in the combat. The 3rd person shooting combat in Peach Beach Splash isn't that fun and there's very little variety. Some of the weapons and their modes seem downright useless, there's no feeling of weight/impact when firing these weapons, and water sprays so much everywhere that it's hard to see. If it weren't for the red dots that appear over all enemies, the game would be impossible to play. And there's problems with the red dots too, primarily that they show up at all times, even through walls and across the map, so you don't have a good reference of where the enemy is. This is the first game in recent memory where I had to sit right in front of my TV just to get a better idea of what was happening during battles.
The story is quite perverse and silly, but I got tired of it quite quickly. This might be the best reason to play the game, though it requires investment in these characters. And the game on its own does very little to get you invested.
If you really like the characters (from the other things they were in) or just absolutely love all 3rd-person shooter games, then go for it.
If you want good anime fanservice, stick with Estival Versus. It's just better in every way.
If you want to see lots of different swimsuits on girls, get Dead or Alive Extreme.

This is my first Senran Kagura game and based on what I saw from the previews, I was expecting a fun, silly game with water guns. I want to like this game, but there are aspects of it which are just mean- spirited and demeaning.
It's one thing to play a game with eye candy; it's another when the woman looks humiliated with tears in her eyes after you perform a finishing move, or in a side game, the controls allow you to grope her while she tells you to stop. Keep pulling, slapping, and tugging and she becomes helpless, which allows you to steal a kiss. What the heck?! I was hoping for something like Splatoon, but instead got something that rewards a player for sexual intimidation and coercion.
If I continue playing the game, I'll overlook the cringe and just play multiplayer, because I want a light hearted, fun shooter that I can just pick up and play. I'm staying away from the other aspects of the game, because they cross the line from stupid fun to sexual harassment.
