   Was a nice Adventure play that little Part to Life is Strange 2 , the Story of Captain Spirit ist awesome i cant wait see more

   Awesome is definitely one way to describe this, and though this game is about 2 to 3 hours long it plays well and has a lot of features andAwesome is definitely one way to describe this, and though this game is about 2 to 3 hours long it plays well and has a lot of features and imaginative aspects that round up the world through that of a 9 year old kid.
   
   The sense of Captain Spirit played strong and not being brushed off and forgotten, the idea of certain things becoming almost monster like to Chris and in the real world are normal items allows a push in a creative direction. The various items you find that unlock certain things keens an interest to me as it allows for you to feel nestled in the prior of adventure.
   
   One aspect I loved is the items you find that give you a wider view of Chris, his father and what happened to his mother, something of which really shows good strength in a story perspective, by giving you the ideas but indirectly so you work it out for yourself.
   
   Now this game maybe short as it is a prequel to Life is Strange 2 but that does not mean it should be overlooked, short yes but boring and bland no. Immersive interaction with purpose is what this game is and hopefully that will carry on when Life is Strange 2 releases.… Expand

   The Awesome Adventures of Captain Spirit made me believe in the Life is Strange franchise again. I was completely disappointed by Before theThe Awesome Adventures of Captain Spirit made me believe in the Life is Strange franchise again. I was completely disappointed by Before the Storm (I know it's not DontNod's product, but still).
   
   As soon as the (very short) prologue/demo started, with the haunting song Death with Dignity by Sufjan Stevens I just knew LiS was back. It was just time to check it out and confirm. The little, yet adorable, story about Chris tells a tale of loneliness and wonder, of how a kid's mind can be a world of its own, even if the reality around them is sad (and even dysfunctional). I was immediately caring about Chris, and hoping that his story would reach a happy conclusion.
   
   I won't spoil anything, of course. There is absolutely NO REASON to skip this. It's short, it's fun, it has the typical Life is Strange gameplay and charm - AND IT'S FREE. So, if you (like me) was madly in love with LiS 1, please do yourself a favor and download CS. You won't regret it, I promise you.
   
   By the end, I had a tear in my eye and a mind exploding with ideas and theories. And one certainty: my Life is Strange is back. And it's time to check its next season.… Expand

The new father/son dynamic is interesting and it is filled with a great sense of creativity and imagination. I am interested to see how the story continues into the future.… Expand

   The decisions you make here will carry over into that game… but I didn’t really find much deciding to be done here other than 1 or 2 moments in this 2 hour game
   I went in with high hopes for the awesome adventures of captain spirit, I loved life is strange and bits of before the storm…
   the game starts with promise as you’re describing the type of super hero your want captain spirit to be..
   This isn’t your typical life is strange episode though..
   This game takes place all in one area… the home and yard of 10 year old Chris.. aka captain spirit…
   it’s a Saturday and you have a list of awesome things to do.. there are also tons of not so awesome things to do like the laundry and dishes…
   there is a story to uncover here.. the emotion youre used to from this series is here and im excited to see where this story goes or how it ties into life is strange 2 as we don’t know who that game is all about, though after playing through captain spirit I have a few hunches…
   unfortunately though the awesome adventure if captain spirit just doesn’t capitalize on the idea of childhood imagination..
   this is a nostalgia trip as youre playing with your figures.. but where the game lets me down are the rugrat like moments where youre immersed in chris imagination..
   these moments are just extremely brief practically interactive cutscenes where you mash a button and that’s it..
   there wasn’t really a wow this is a neat game moment for me…
   The awesome Adventures of Captain spirit is free so theres really nothing to lose by checking it out.. just don’t go in with crazy expectations to see something cool and unique.. this is more of a story teaser than anything else.
   I give The Awesome Adventures of Captain Spirit
   a 6.5/10… Expand

   while i haven't actually """""played'''''' the game i dont have to this isnt a **** game its a REALLLLLLLLLLY bad visual novel, and imwhile i haven't actually """""played'''''' the game i dont have to this isnt a **** game its a REALLLLLLLLLLY bad visual novel, and im hesitant to even call it that because at least even some of THE WORST visual novels are actually interesting on their own, i say on their own because the way i experienced this game was through the Friends Without Benefits letsplay of it, and let me tell you that is one of the the FUNNIEST series on the internet period, and that series and that series alone is what saves this game from a 0, in short DONT play this game if you wanna experience this game watch Friends Without Benefit's letsplay of it, seriously its REALLY funny, W A T C H I T… Expand
